Ive driven lgvs for ny on 30 years but ive been out for 16 months due to ill health. So doing the cpc with national compliance was both refreshing, informative and interesting. The instructor Conrad was very professional and well knowledgeable when taking the course and put it across in a way as a driver with the same skills would !!!
The trainer was a top bloke and it was one of the few CPC courses where I've not struggled to stay awake. Rather than just talk for hours he got us all discussing the topics. Had a laugh while still covering the topics and addressing the more serious elements around risk and consequence etc. Would defo use again.
A good refresher on Operators License for Beginners ,instructor was very friendly and helpful towards the group

Great Communication from Steve. Very indepth. A learning curve for myself
The class was interesting and interactive, covering a wide range of topics. It was a good refresher, and I also learnt several new things.
Wayne made it easy to follow and understand, most of the course I knew already but this was to refresh and get updated knowledge as an operator. I learned a few new things to improve my business and helpful tips from other people online.
I've made my 7 hours CPC periodic course with Steve and I'm very happy
No email invites arrived and no reply on the phone for over 30 mins from the opening times. Content gets the point across though the last session needs updating to include new technologies
I’m on the 1st day of 5 on the CPC course, accident awareness. Conrad was first class in delivering the course, content was relevant and we were given more than enough time to ask questions.

Probably the most important course to get involved with, Tom was extremely knowledgeable and broke the lingo down into driver speak, and delivered the course with real passion,really good experience,even though it brought out some serious shortcomings in my understanding of the regulations and highlighting the consequences of our actions when the d.v.s.a. Get involved. It was also interesting to have someone who originates from the transport management side of the business sharing his thoughts and experiences . A very good course delivered in an interesting way and a must for people coming into the industry as well as those who have years in it. Knowledge is power.

Last minute booking from me but sorted out very professionally by NCT 2 very good days training for transport manager CPC refresher with quality and relevant content Trainer Was very good and explained topics well Certificate delivered very quickly which was appreciated Will definitely be using again
I have always used NCT, they do some very good cpc courses. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the courses are well set out. The price is good, I always book 1 a year give this company a go you will not be disappointed
I was sceptical about doing a cpc course online but i need not worry everything was a great experience. As soon as I joined the meeting I felt at ease the trainers ( conrad and Steve) was very knowledgeable and also listened to other people's experiences instead of just reading it out. I will return to do my next course
