Horrible customer service and scam
Horrible customer service and we’re pretty sure it’s just a scam. We accidentally bought a yearly subscription ($182) instead of a monthly one so our startup could try out the service. We reached out to them via Instagram and email, and they told us we’d be getting a full refund. That would’ve been great since we planned to repurpose the money later for a lifetime plan after properly testing the product. However, in typical scam fashion, we’ve received nothing except an email claiming the refund was being processed and a partial refund of $19. After that, total radio silence on both email and Instagram. It’s really unfortunate the product seemed intriguing, but we never even got to try it. Don’t waste your money.
