We bought a wonderful product called "Breath", it really soothed our ailings during the winter niggles.

Excellent communication and fabulous tea. Mindful Roots Tea goes above and beyond for their customers. I bought the Dragonwell and the Jasmine Gold Dragon Green teas and love them both. They are a very good quality leaf. Will definitely be buying these again.

Mindful Roots tea is simply delicious. I have purchased and sampled several of their teas after discovering them at Ruislip Foodies market. They are some of the best teas I have tried and every new flavour that Elle brings out is always a winner. Highly recommended for not just yourself, but as gifts too. I have been buying teas from Mindfulness Roots Teas for a while, Delivery is quick I Enjoy every flavour of tea that I have bought. I have given up coffee drinking for mindfulness roots teas. I know I am getting quality. Never disappointed I used the Island Sorrel tea to make mulled (wine) without the red wine. You can have this version hot or cold, with or without alcohol I love these teas so much, and bought several Christmas gift sets as Christmas presents. Which arrived already gift wrapped! All my friends talked about the lovely aroma from the packets before they opened them and how they enjoyed the teas. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

Always love Elle’s created tea blends She has a vast knowledge of her teas which is quite informative and interesting. Most of her tea blends has health benefits and mostly she tries to get organic. I had made a special request to get for me dandelion root and nettle tea and within a week I received it at my door step with all the instructions. Love her service too. Will always recommend her teas.
