I recently ordered a cowboy hat from Mewmews after a friend recommended the site, and I was very disappointed with the entire experience. The order took several weeks to arrive, and when it did, the hat was packaged in a bag, leaving it crushed, misshapen, and extremely cheap-looking. It did not fit my head properly and looked completely ridiculous, making it unwearable. The quality was not at all worth the $69 price tag. To make matters worse, the hat had stars that were stickers—one even fell off during shipping, leaving one side with three stars and the other with two. I contacted customer service and provided photos, but after several emails, they informed me that because it was considered an “accessory,” they would not provide a refund or even a gift card. This was very frustrating and reflects a lack of accountability and customer care. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this site. The products are poor quality, overpriced, and the company does not stand behind what they sell.

I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE - the quality of the dress was as if someone went to a flea market and couldn't sell it. I lost $175.50; which they gave me a gift card CODE and at this point I cant order anything because the pictures DO NOT, AT ALL, PORTRAY what is advertised.
The return service is terrible. No one replies on email and they expect us to ship it back at own cost and then will provide a credit note and no refund policy. for exchange also I need to courier the parcel on own accord and then they will ship the new item. They should not be selling at level of service in uae . I do not recommend anyone to buy from this site
