Stool just what i expected, video and pictures very helpful when picking it.

When I contacted to check when might receive my order, reply came back that some candles were damaged so would I accept replacement scent. I agreed. And a couple of days later, received another email saying another item on my order no longer available. Still awaiting my order.

I would have no hesitation in purchasing from McGreals Department Store again. They were fantastic to deal with and their customer service was brilliant. I dealt with Mark who went above and beyond to help me. Great to deal with a company who cares about its customers.

My mam and I took a trip to Eden Derry for a family fundraiser. We got talking to one of the lovely girls in the shop, who was very compassionate and interested in hearing what our family have been doing and going through, she showed us so much kindness. Cannot thank you enough, your kindness will be passed on. Plus we got some lovely bits as well!! If we ever have an excuse to come back to Eden Derry we will most definitely be back (hopefully not tho because I imagine my bank account will take a big hit if I’m back there again, it was either fortunate for me or unfortunate for yous I was waiting for my pay day!🤣🤣) Thank you again xx

Would never shop here again. Ordered a mattress, with pinned back topper. We’re to inform me of delivery day and time. Never did. Woke me up after night shift and brought the wrong mattress with Un pinned topper. Left it in my hall way and left. Never even apologised or compensated me in anyway. My family and extended family would have shopped a lot in Mc Greals over the years but we don’t go near them. I like to shop local but not in this shop.
