Mixed feelings three months in—when their creatives deliver it’s sharp, cinematic gold; five stars right there. But the project tracker’s a maze, briefs vanish, and deadlines skid like rain on glass. Charged a rush fee once for their lateness. Could be stellar if their process matched their vision.

Lost Highway Shut down?

Anyone asking about why they can't contact Lost Highway...well I believe they got shut down permanently. They just settled with ACE Google them and you see it.

U.S. -- zero service, no way to contact

We're in the U.S. and our subscription "vanished" from our TVs. There is no way to access their internet or contact the company (all pages are NOT FOUND or an error message response), and insult to injury is we just got a "renewal invoice." Sent an email disputing it since there are no services being provided, and confirming our account is cancelled.

Got high speed fiber and now the app…

Got high speed fiber and now the app opens and you see what’s playing but nothing plays. Can’t contact Lost Highway. Gave out their website to 3 people the last month and none can get it. I logged in and out of my account and still does it. I removed the app and when, following their instructions on downloader its states page not available. I Googled them to find out they are being shut down. These guys owe me money. I highly recommend you don’t use them.

Like the service but...

Like their service and line-up, but didn't get the Memorial Day one-year service extension that was promised to new customers. Sent several messages but never received the subscription update.

Where did they go?

Been with them for some time. I can't get an email response from them about a url for loading my new Firestick. The old url I used in Downloader earlier this year doesn't work. The app on my old firestick still works so the site must still be up and running. Not on Facebook anymore either.

I liked what I saw for the most part

I liked what I saw for the most part. I did notice quite a bit of short term buffering. For that reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I am also interested in FETV but didn't see it listed in the free trial. My service has it. My biggest issue with my service is when they do have buffering its so bad I cannot tolerate it. My concers with yours is it seems like it is down quite often. So I am still thinking if I want to switch.
