Lack of service

I needed more information on a product than their website gave. I called twice and left all my details and each time was told I couldn't talk to anyone there and then and would have to leave my details for the Sales team to ring me back. No-one has on either occasion. One big waste of time and so I have gone elsewhere.

Impossible to get any service from them

Insufficient information on their website to order online and can't speak to anyone to place an order. Have called 6 times over a period of 3 days and just get a call service saying they will call back and they never do. Extremely frustrating - don't know how they manage to sell anything and can't imagine how you return anything if there is a problem
