I wish I had looked at the reviews on here before I purchased three dresses from this company. The quality is absolutely rubbish, and I have seen the same items on sale by Shein for a fraction of the price. They offered a 10% discount, which I refused. My order cost me £100, and the returns to China cost me £25. I have had no refund so will be taking this up with my credit card company under their legal protection for purchases. It would be good to hear if anyone has actually ever received a refund.

AVOID COMPANY. This company is absolutely shocking. I ordered 4 dresses from them, total order was £176. 4 months later I am still in dispute with them, they offered a 15% refund for me to keep the items (which was shocking quality- cheap material and horrible fit) which I refused and was then offered a full refund if I covered the cost to send back to them. It cost me £30 to send to china and typically they never received the order. I tried to dispute through my credit card and Livia Boutique have since disputed to claim they had never agreed the refund and I hadn’t returned, even though I have email evidence between them and myself. I’ve now lost £200 including the cost to return the parcel.

I would put zero stars if possible

I would put zero stars if possible. Do not buy from here. The dresses are terrible quality and same items on shein for a fraction of cost. Ordered, waited ages to get the stuff. Returned a few days after received end April and still waiting for refund. Excuse after excuse from customer services. £150 plus the £30 to return and nothing to show. Chargeback started with bank and recommend anyone ripped off by this lot do the same. Absolute joke

Do not buy from this company. The product is nothing like the pictures and is total rubbish quality. After the company tried to offer me 30% back to keep the goods which I refused they said I was welcome to send the goods back for a refund . I sent both dresses back and paid for internationally tracked fully insured post through Royal Mail on 23/4/25. The dresses arrived back to me on 10/8/25 and when I emailed the company to ask for the 30% which they originally offered me the emails are bouncing back what a surprise. Dresses are now in the charity shop and please lets stop companies selling shoddy goods by not buying from them.

Quality of product was not as per image or description. Considering the price of products, you would definitely receive better quality and more appropriately sized products from Shein! Dress was returned at a cost of €25 for registered post- which they insist on - on May 26th and I’m still awaiting a refund on Aug 7th. Despite several email communications I have still yet to receive a refund. Avoid at all costs!!

NEVER Purchase from this company!!

Never never never purchase from this company. I purchased three dresses at a cost of $169, April 3, 2025 and received them in the middle of May. I ordered mediums which is a 10 and the dresses came in about a size 0. I sent an email to find out how to return them, After several emails. I finally got the approval to return them. I had to spend $53 to return the dresses to China. My original cost was $169 then I spent 50 to return them. today is August 5 and I have still not received a refund. I emailed them to make sure they got the return a month later and they said it was caught up in customs. I then emailed a week later and they said OK, It was out of customs. They would refund my money less custom charges and a restocking charge. A week later I emailed them had still not received My refund, we will check on that for you They said. A week later I emailed them, I will check on that for you They said. It is now been more than a month since they received my return and still no refund. I am out over $200 at this point and no merchandise and no refund. This company is the biggest scam out there.

This is a scam!

This is a scam!! Dresses revived were way too small and the fabric was so poor- I returned them and after waiting 10 weeks they have not processed the return my package is still in china. I wish I read the reviews before. The company won’t reply to my emails! Do not order from this website

AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH

AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH! Ordered through website after seeing what looked like high quality products based in the UK. This then took over 1 month to be received and therefore missed the event. Product received was not the quality or design portrayed and sizes were not to detail. Asked to return for a refund, paid for tracked international mail for them to decline acceptance of delivery. Now item is deemed 'lost' and they have no intention to help or refund, nor did they ever. Automated responses. FRAUD website. SCAM employees. DO NOT USE!

NEVER PURCHASE FROM LIVIA BOUTIQUE!!

After waiting 4 months and sending over 15 emails, I have still not received a refund for a dress that was made of dreadfully inferior fabric, and was at least 3 sizes too small. This company is DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL. I should have known that when I was told I had to return it to the warehouse in China, and not the distributor in Sydney, that I was never going to see a refund. Even my beautiful postmaster (who is Chinese) warned me that I would never see a refund! DO NOT, EVER, PURCHASE FROM LIVIA BOUTIQUE!

I wish I had read the reviews before…

(writing this from my husband's account) I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered 2 dresses. They arrived too late for the wedding I wanted to wear them for. When I asked for a return shipping label I was offered 10% of my money back which they said was a generous offer! I refused this and they offered 20%! It is all over the website that they have a 100% guaranteed return policy. I have no use for these dresses and they think they are doing me a big favor by giving me a little money and letting me keep them. I thought they were based in London, but there factory must be in China. Also, I think the responses are coming from AI. In all of our correspondence I have indicated that there are two dresses (including sending pictures [their request] of each dress), however, all of the return correspondence refers to an item, not items. I really wish there was a way to warn people.

AVOID at all costs!! Cowboys running it

I purchased a dress from this cowboy company in March, took 6 weeks to arrive and to be honest I wish I'd of went to the pound shop instead!!! I pulled out what I thought was a beautiful pink dress to be met with what I can only describe as something used as a table cover! The quality was absolutely dire, cheap and cheerful considering unpaid £60 for it. The lining of the dress was on the outside and in full view considering this was a dress for a wedding. I've contacted this hateful company 4 times and still waiting on a reply for my refund, I returned the address 8 weeks ago!! AVOID AVOID AVOID if you want a decent piece of clothing and decent human beings for customer service!! Absolute shambles. I've now been left with no choice but to contact a solicitor. I'd give this 0 stars if it was even possible

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, my parcel was never deliver (ordered on the 8th May). Company are refusing to re-send my order unless I pay a 'discounted' shipping fee of $26. I keep going back to the customer service team stating my consumer rights and they continue to respond with the same email telling me that they refuse to refund my order and that they will re-send the items if I pay the above shipping charge. Not sure why they are quoting me in $ when I'm from the UK. Will now look to take this legal as my order was over £100. Will never order from this company again

I would give zero stars of it could. The company are scam artists. Do not order from this company and make the same mistake I did!. Items delivered were really really bad quality, and not fit for purpose. I have sent the items back (at a cost to myself) and over 8weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. Please please please do not order from this company!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Ordered a silk dress but was sent a polyester dress of very poor quality! My friend ordered a version of this exact silk Fred copied dress (I discovered this later on) on Shien. The Shien dress was £10.13 and of better quality than the offensive item this retailer is passing off! I paid £65!! Do not buy from them they copy high quality dresses terribly! But the real thing or go to Shien!! Do not waste you money!!!

Customer service diabolical, Do not order from this company A dress took over 3 weeks to arrive. The dress was smaller than expected, and of poor quality. Contacted the company straight away, as they have to give you a returns acknowledgement, and no address details are supplied with the order. I've emailed several times and tried to contact via the info page, and have not had any response from the company, but they have time to still post on social media. I would recommend sourcing a dress from a better supplier.

Disgraceful Company

Please, please do not buy anything from Livia Boutique. I bought 4 dresses with a total value of £140. The size guide is completely wrong and when they were delivered they were huge and I am a large lady. I informed them on 26th March 2025 I would like to return the items. They tried every what way or which to get me to keep them, but I said I would like to return them as they were far too big. It took them 2 weeks to give me the return address. I sent them back on 8th April at a cost of £32.95! I obtained a certificate of postage and a tracking number. I sent them the tracking number and they assured me they would monitor it. On 22nd April I asked them why I still hadn't received my refund. They stated that as soon as the parcel got to their warehouse they would refund me. I emailed them again on the 12th May and got the same answer. I checked the tracking number and it stated it had been handed to the delivery partner. but then went to a Chinese postal system all in Chinese so I didn't know where it had gone. I kept emailing them and asked them if they had any intention of returning my refund and stated they would as soon as it reached the warehouse. I said there is no way it would take this long to reach them. As of today 24th June I have still not received the refund. I managed to translate the Chinese tracking details and the item was in China on 14th April awaiting a dutiable payment (it must have been as the contents were over a certain amount). I assumed with such a large amount being paid to send it everything would have been included. Livia Boutique obviously knew the price of the items in the parcel and knew what would happen. It has gone on for 13 weeks with 32 emails sent to them. They obviously had no intention of giving me a refund and I am down £172.95. I hope this message helps others not to end up like me. They are a disgraceful company and should not be trading.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The 5 star reviews are fake - don’t believe them! Firstly, the dress arrived late, the ‘tracking feature’ didn’t work & customer services were impossible to get hold of/update me. The dress was poorly made & not as pictured. The first email I sent bounced back, but I persisted & send another. When emailed to ask to return the dress, they offered to send a replacement & I had to pay £7 for shipping. I insisted I didn’t want the dress (or a replacement!) & wanted a refund & they offered me a 10% refund & to keep the dress as they said shipping would be very expensive. When I challenged this further, they offered a refund of £11 & told me to keep the dress or gift to a friend!? All the emails are computer generated and very hard to get through to! Absolutely awful, do not use & warn friends!

Absolutely horrendous experience…

Absolutely horrendous experience ordering a dress from Livia Boutique. Ordered a purple dress for a wedding. When it arrived, the material felt SO cheap and the dress smelt very plasticky. For reference it was £55. When I emailed to request a refund I was then made aware that this was not possible. I was first offered a 10% partial refund which I challenged. I was then randomly offered £11 back, which I again refused. I was then told by someone different that I could get a refund and the cost of shipping would be £7 which was fine. Then I was told this was untrue and that “as an exception I could get £17 back and as a gesture of good will I could keep the dress and gift it to someone else”. Laughable. I then demanded a full refund and was told that I would have to send it back to china and shipping would be between £20 and £30. I then threatened further action and have heard nothing since. A total scam. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

If I could give 0 I would. Do not use. Sizing is completely off, when wanting a refund they offered me to pay £7 per item for adjutants or a £12 refund off a £117 order. Took 5 weeks to reply to me so it went past 30 day money back guarantee.

Please do not buy from this website.e Everything about the botique is misleading and a scam. The website looks legitimate yet it's based in a warehouse in China. The material of the two dresses I received was of a very poor standard & when I requested a full refund, they refused to give me a refund until the dresses were shipped back to China.i tracked the return of the goods & once I emailed asking for a refund, the company sent over 22 emails saying I hadn't sent it to the correct address. In the end I submitted a request for my bank to retract the payment. Im still waiting on this to go through. So so disappointed.

Awful, avoid no matter what!

I feel like I should have come on here before I purchased the dress. I totally fell for the website believing the story of ‘Livia’ selling her boutique clothes to retire to be with her family. The dress came weeks later after the order date but it was too big, wanted to send it back and the only way was to request via an email address. So email after email of silly replies offering £7 then a replacement etc going on and on. Then finally got a return address which isn’t real. Postcode is Romania, street name non existent and the town is spelt wrong and city different again. This is a really cheap service and probably could have got something better from Shein who offer a perfect service and quality products in comparison! Lesson learnt!
