I had a great experience with Lifetime Home Services! They were professional, on time, and did an amazing job refinishing my bathroom. The team was friendly and answered all my questions. My bathroom looks amazing. I highly recommend them!
I hired Lifetime Home Services on May 27th, 2025 to do a complete re-grouting job in my bathroom. The first issue is that the technician arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. It took the technician an hour and 30 minutes to complete the re-grouting job in my bathroom. Mind you, Pablo, the scheduling manager, informed me that the job would take 5 hours to complete. The speed in which the job was completed is clearly indicative of the poor outcome of the job. For example, the technician did the following: 1.Allowed cement to drip on my tiles. 2. Left uneven grout lines 3.Grout powder / residue was left unclean 4. Caused my tub to clog because he allowed the grout powder and cement to go down my drain. I had to call a plumber which obviously cost me. In essence, my bathroom was left a complete mess! I submitted photos of the so-called "complete grout job" to the owner. He agreed that the job was poorly done and that the job would be redone. When I spoke to Pablo to reschedule a time to send a technician to fix the aforementioned issues, he suggested sending the same technician who initially did the job. I expressed to Pablo that I felt uncomfortable with allowing the same technician to come back to redo the bathroom grouting. Instead of sending someone else out to do the job, Pablo told me that the owner would give me a call, I assume to discuss the issue of sending the original technician further. 3 weeks have gone by since being told by Pablo that the owner would call me. At this point, I would like my money back! Homeowners beware do not hire this company for any home improvement jobs. RUN! I have pictures to illustrate the monstrosity.
The experience was nice prompt phone calls fast scheduling of the service appointment. The worker came and was alone he worked hard completed the work in 2 days. The bathroom looks so much better! Thank you!
They arrived on time, prepped and cleaned up as expected. Overall I was pleased with the outcome of my kitchen cabinet makeover.

Second time I use their service. Highly recommended !!
They made an appointment for service quickly upon my calling. Tech called and said he was going to be an hour early and asked if that was ok. I said sure, upon arrival he brought in the equipment for the tub reglazing and advised the job was going to take about 3 hrs. He completed it and it looks great.
The bathtub glazing and re-grout job were reasonable. The guys the company sent were very nice, professional and hardworking though it would have been nice if the company had explained we needed to remove everything from the bathroom otherwise and/or covered everything so it wouldn’t covered in a thick toxic dust. Also, I was promised a discount which was never applied.”

The representative came into OUR home and was offensive and turned aggressive when we kindly questioned the supposed "discount" we were told about when we agreed to have somebody come out. Stefan basically insulted us and literally stormed out of our house. BEWARE! The person who roped us into having them come out was NOT honest with us. He told us we'd receive a 40% discount. When RUDE rep came out he said that's only if we sign the contract right then and there. Also got very defensive when we questioned why we were told the average price of this service ranges $14,000 - 20,000 BEFORE the discount. Basically became aggressive, insulted us and literally stormed out of our home. Admitted that we were mislead because otherwise, "We'd never get anybody to let us come to their home". Sort of creepy! Of course when we tried to call and report him, nobody EVER answered. Watch, they require you verify the appointment when the solicitor is making it, they call you but never answer their phone when you need help or have questions. After you sign the contract, be ready for a fight if anything goes wrong or you aren't happy.
Owner and grout worker were extremely professional and attentive and kind and courteous. Did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company!!!
I got my tub refinished by this company I waited 8 days before I used it and it started peeling a week after using it. I called the company numerous times emailed them many times and no one got back to me. When they finally did after my sixth call they said they will come in a month but still charge me $75. This has been months of battling. I told them if they come I won't write a bad review but they did not care. I wish that didn't have to come to this I just wanted my tub fixed. Now I will go to home advisor to make sure they're not on there because it's not fair that a company like this gets to be at home advisor.
I hired Lifetime Home Services to do bath remodeling in my old house and was very satisfied with the work they did. They did tub/shower conversion and installed wall tiles in our NJ house and we were very pleased with how our bathroom look came out. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks!
I was very satisfied. I had several chips, cracks in my bathtub and it was starting to look old and worn out. I decided to call this company before replacing the tub. I was shocked to too see how my tub came out after the refinishing. Frank did a great job, my tub looks like a new. Many thanks
When I bought my house I wanted to renovate it and I interviewed 6 contractors. These guys were the most knowledgeable, affordable, and professional. There was nothing they couldn't/wouldn't do, and I felt very comfortable with them. From the start, they were so helpful and honest. They were incredibly professional and did exquisite work, and I'm going to miss seeing everyone! I ended up ripping down walls, replacing pipes and doors, adding recess lighting throughout the whole house . They worked in a timely manner, and if something needed to be fixed or moved it was done immediately.
Very happy with the entire process and love my new windows! Would work with them again and comfortable recommending to others.
My bathroom turned into a small gem once the tub and tiles were reglazed. I absolutely love the new look and am sincerely grateful for your efficient and thoroughly professional work! The guy was professionals. Took all precautions during Covid19. Highly recommend nice company to work with.
LifeTime Home Services has excellent project management, ensuring a successful project. They very clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline, and worked with us to adjust and fine-tune both as needed. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and on time (give or take a few additional days for final touch ups). The weekly meetings during construction are very organized and efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. If any questions or issues arise, Life Time goes above and beyond to ensure they are addressed immediately.
