Got banned twice in a row for gladiator boosting. Didn't notice any issues on the first boost but in the second, the booster was making mistakes and even logged in to my main account at least once. Communication on the second boost was poor and it took over a week to get started, which may have contributed to the service feeling rushed. Would not recommend for higher-risk services. Also had a weird experience where I purchased what I thought was a group timewalking boost and ended up being some booster trying to custom group join with me in the party, but that was resolved fairly quickly by support. Chat support is typically fine and tends to be less pushy than other services, which is appreciated. Lower-risk services are usually alright too. Just would not risk higher-end services, especially given the most recent experience.

I ordered 8 +12/13 M+ runs for 3k IO/Keystone Legend/Enterprising Shreddertank before TWW Season 3. I was worried I wouldn't get it finished before 08/05 when Season 3 launches. From the time of purchase to the time we finished the last dungeon was roughly ~4 hours. Incredible customer service (Shoutout to Stan!), top notch players, quick and painless runs, timed every key, half +1 and the other half +2. This was my first time using LepreStore, and needless to say I'll be coming back to them again in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! -Dethkløk-Deathwing

Quick and easy. Was able to get the emblem i had been struggling with done within the first lobby. 10/10 would use leprestore again!
I purchased the 3+1 (12's mythic keys service) the group was found pretty quick, and the group was pretty chill. the only thing was Motherlode was pretty nuts we had 20 plus deaths and didn't do the bomb part right and finished with only seconds on the clock, but the other 3 runs were Steller with 10+ mins left on clock i just chalked that one up to be the free run we timed it so overall great service.
Very slow delivery of the item ordered (at the time of writing, have not received the item). The chat agents always have an excuse as to why the item was taking so long. Listing an item for sale on their site that they don’t already own, but don’t tell you till after you’ve paid, is a very shady way to operate. They admitted that they did not have the item when the order was placed due to “insane hype.” Wouldn’t trust them ever again and frankly they shouldn’t be able to operate if their business model reflects my experience. Again, selling a product you don’t own, but hope to get once you take a customers money is terrible, dishonest and unprofessional. (on product page it says 12 hour delivery- at 14 hours now with no item)
