I have used kit locker many times and have always been pleased with there products and services but this time I ordered 2 Nike short sets for my twin grandsons when the delivery arrived there was a top missing the delivery note stated that this would be delivered in approximately 6 weeks time this is no use to me as there birthday is in 4 weeks time I contacted them via email and they have given me a free return label and will refund me for the top but I am annoyed as I believe I should have been informed of delayed delivery before ordering as I would not have ordered 2 sets I now have to organize the return

Third time have ordered customised items. Third time late. COmmunications OK but the situation is never resolved. Fobbed off. Last item was of very poor quality. Promised replacement but still waiting two weeks later. Please avoid and use alternative suppliers

I stumbled across this company when researching for green Dri-Fit T-shirts for my 6yr old son and 9yr old daughter. They delivered perfectly and to a great standard. I didn’t have any problems navigating the website, which was pretty straight forward. Would definitely use again.
