Great coms from Richard when he was being paid unfortunately Richard’s communications ceased when either the he sent the wrong paint or the paint didn’t match ???? Richard you really are a fraud luckily the bank see you for what you are with evidence provided. Do not deal with this company avoid there are other options. Just google your paint codes it may take a bit of research but avoid Richard’s company it’s a long drive to go visit him !!!!
Good delivery time, product good- was the ideal solution for a couple of small enamel chips I had on my kitchen doors.

I couldn't get the clear cap off the pen, which was a huge issue. The colour doesn't really match when I applied it with the small brush. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

Very impress with the colour match and application. Used good product on a few small scratched and the results were great. It takes time(30 mins?) to dry - only then does the colour match. Will use this product in future.
Good communication and good product with good match.
It's fabulous. A perfect match. Very easy to apply, I mainly used the brush. It has completely tidied up the kitchen.
Top class product price could put people off but I think this product is worth paying the money for told everyone I know about this I think it is brilliant
Recently ordered touch up paint from this company and it wasn’t a match. I got in touch and without hesitation Richard offered to send a replacement out matching the exact colour I needed. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone :)
Initially I was sent the wrong shade of grey, but I contacted customer support and they promised to replace it with the correct shade. It took a few weeks to get the new paint and I was apprehensive that it would not match again, but it matched perfectly! Now the scratch is almost unnoticeable! Great product and service.

Expensive kit. Impressive packaging. Nothing coming out of tip. Will have to improvise if using at all. Zero star rating in terms of value for money.
