Booked a couples massage package. The massage itself was good but the room was a bit cold and we had to wait 15 minutes past our appointment time. The receptionist was friendly though and offered us complimentary tea while we waited.

The hot stone massage was heavenly and exactly what I needed after a stressful week. However, the booking system seems disorganized - they had me down for a different treatment initially.
