I attended the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work training yesterday at Ridgeway. I felt very much at ease as soon as I arrived. The location was very easy to find, comfortable and John was very welcoming. As I felt so much at ease by John and could clearly recognise how knowledgeable and confident he was at teaching, I felt comfortable in asking him any questions, getting involved with the group and because of this I felt I got so much out of the training and left feeling like I had fully understood what I had learn’t. John made the course very easy to understand and at no point did I feel bombarded or overwhelmed with too much information, or like I was bored by the afternoon like you are on some training courses!! It was the perfect balance of John explaining each topic with a PowerPoint slide, group discussions, a very insightful video, practicals and breaks. I would highly recommend JWP training to anyone, I came away feeling like I’d learn’t a skill so beneficial to life, especially my children. Thank you JWP for a brilliant day, teaching me something invaluable and for making me feel so welcome.
Brilliant training day
Our instructor was very informative and engaging. He clearly was very informed and rarely looked towards his PowerPoint which kept the class engaging. The booking experience was completely hassle free and we benefitted from the flexibility JWP provided.
I have just completed my level 3 first aid at work course. The instructor was great and explained all the Course content in great detail. I feel like I have come out of the training well informed and with the confidence to handle first aid situations for the future. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

The course leaders were Really friendly, knowledgeable and gave a very thorough training session. Also it was a beautiful venue. Lots of choices of drinks, and a really lovely area to eat lunch. Would definitely recommend and go again!
