If you are European, do not buy anything from there, I bought it as a Christmas gift in December, my package didn’t come, so in January I contacted them asking if there are any problems, they said “ahh dw wait like 7 weeks” yeah it’s may now, and I still don’t have my package

3 months & no package, no refund

I ordered a dress from them at the end of November, and it took awhile to ship. I didn’t mind, I just wanted the dress sometime in December or January. The tracking on the package completely stopped moving by Dec. 21st, and mid-January I emailed them asking about it. I was told to wait until February 23rd, and that I should receive it by then. I was patient, even though I thought that it was ridiculous to have to wait that long. By the end of February I still hadn’t received the dress, so I sent them another email. It took a week for them to get back to me and tell me that they couldn’t find my package and would issue me a refund. I have yet to receive a refund but we will see. Definitely would rather order the same dress anywhere else. Don’t shop at Juku Store!!

Ich habe dort bereits zweimal bestellt & kann mich nicht beschweren. Auf längere Wartezeiten war ich von vornherein eingestellt. Ich musste beide male vielleicht ungefähr einen Monat warten. Das ist für mich auch vollkommen in Ordnung gewesen. Die Qualität ist auch in Ordnung.

Product Wrong and Defective, No Refund

I ordered a black bunny hat and I received a mishaped to the point of no return, pink bunny hat. I can't get a refund unfortunately, only store credit. The only good thing about them is that their customer service is fast and friendly. Will not be buying from them again.

Not good

The products are pricey (I swear you can find them cheaper on their competitors sites and even Amazon). The shipping generally takes about 2 months--I don't know if this is how it's always been, or if it's due to COVID. The products themselves sometimes turn out to be bootlegs or worse quality versions of what they advertise. I got a graphic tee from Juku where the size of printed text was way different than the one in their pictures. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the decent customer service. They were friendly, cooperative and willing to give a full refund after my complaints. And they typically get back to you in about 1-3 days. But I remain sad that they don't have the genuine products I was looking for. Be wary of buying their tops/shirts as that's where I've had the most issues. I think the skirts were fine and I've yet to wear the shoes (but they look fine). There's still a wide variety of other items on the store that might be worth getting, if you're willing to bear through the shipping times.

I buy from them all the time

I buy from them all the time, their stuff fits me good, I like the way it looks, and its super cute. The only downside is how long it takes an item to ship..... but besides that the site is great.

JukuStore SUCKS.

I ordered something in January and it still hasn’t shipped yet apparently. I had completely forgotten that I had ordered it until I ordered something else on their site. Overall, it seems like they over price pretty much anything they get their hands on, and then pay for the cheapest shipping they can while still charging you the most expensive price they can think of.

Really Good Service! Definitely Buying Here Again!

I ordered Canvas Neko Cat Backpack from Juku Store around December 2019 and got the order confirmation but the package didn't arrive for a couple months. Like it took a long time. My parents were super upset because they thought we were scammed. But like a couple weeks ago, my backpack arrived! It came in a bubble mailer and inside it was a clear plastic bag with my backpack inside! So yeah. Before it arrived, I emailed Juku Store about why didn't my package arrive after processing the order? They replied and said it was of the Covid-19 situtation, I agreed with them. Wuhan China recently opened to public after recovering and my package was sent, yay! I definitely will be buying here again AFTER Covid-19. Service: 10/10 They replied after a couple of hours and was very professional Product Quality: The backpack was described to have high-quality leather and canvas. The canvas feels really rough. The stitching of the face was a bit low-quality because after 1 week it began to unravel a bit, but I fixed it so that's okay! Shipping: Unless you spend over 50+ dollars, no free shipping. Shipping is a bit expensive, $6 plus 24 or 42 (idk!) cents for tax. Price: Total cost for my backpack even after a 15% off coupon was 52.99 dollars. I think it's a bit expensive but I can afford it :) Would I recommend it?: Yes!! My package was delayed because of Coronavirus but they usually ship to the US within 1-2 weeks. I'm also going to buy a bunch of apparel from them and I won't complain about their Asian sizing because I'm an asian girl and yeah! Will update you guys when it ships! (Sorry for the long review) I love Juku Store! <3

Very poor quality and service

Very poor quality and service. When I contact them, they tell me that the only option is to return the item. I pay a lot in postage to send the item back. Unfortunately, they never receive the package. When I try to discuss this issue with them, they suddenly do not understand what I am explaining. Would not recommend shopping here.
