Absolutely first class assistance…
Absolutely first class assistance provided by JLA Computer Services following an accident with my desk top computer. They were able to retrieve the hard drive from the severely damaged computer, then order and set up a new computer for me. As an IT illiterate they made this whole experience painfree especially as I was dreading the whole procedure. This is the second time I have used the company when in a panic and on each occasion they have dealt with the situation in a professional and caring manner. I would highly recommend JLA Computer Services to all future customers. Many thanks

Efficient and affordable computer repairs
Efficient service and clear explanation of the issues that needed attention. I was updated by text and by phone as my computer was fixed and upgraded. The costs were explained and were affordable. I would definitely use JLA Computer Services again.

JLA Are Recommended
JLA were recommended to me by a small business friend and they have not disappointed in any way whatever! It is comforting to know that JLA are in the background to give support whenever that is needed. Over the last two to three years, they have proven their reliability by rescuing us from IT problems on several different occasions. Excellent Service
I have always found the engineers to be polite and efficient. When explaining what is wrong with the computer they always tell you in layman terms so that you are able to understand what is wrong. They fix/repair the computer as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend JLA Computers 100 per cent.

Purchased a recon computer from JLA …
Purchased a recon computer from JLA Computers in December 2017 Had a problem with a pop up on screen that I could not clear. Contacted Sky who could not solve the fault Adam JLA Computers spent time and cured the Fault (no charge) The point is that I am not sure that it had anything to do the computer. I appreciate his gesture. and will use their service in the future George Cain

An old faithful bites the dust!
My faithful old computer suddenly stopped working so I took it along to JLA Computers who diagnosed a faulty motherboard. Despite efforts to find a replacement they were unable to do so (the computer was getting on for 12+ years old!). As I wanted to continue with my ancient operating system they were able to supply a good second hand machine which met my needs. I supplied them with my OS disc and an SSD which they loaded onto the new machine together with all the latest updates and drivers which they downloaded and installed the internet connection. When I returned home I loaded all my software and it all worked first time. I was very happy with the personal service from JLA (in particular from Adam) and I found nothing too much trouble for them. I had a couple of hic-ups along the way but they resolved them with no problem. I would have no reservations in recommending JLA Computers to anyone with problems - I found all the staff extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The service was quick and efficient. Top marks all round and five stars all to JLA Computer Services. Excellent! Andy Webb

Excellent company. Unlike some computer service providers JLA have been at the same premises for many years and that, to me, indicates they know what they're doing and have a satisfied clientele. I spent 35+ years in the computer world and would definitely recommend JLA.

Superb service who are very quick and …
Superb service who are very quick and reliable. I had some software and installation issues with my PC, Wi-Fi and Internet which JLA resolved immediately. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to either individuals or companies.

Dead laptop!
Bought a reconditioned lap top from JLA as mine had a damaged hard drive and the cost of repair was nearly as much as the purchase. They transferred all my data and I collected the new lap top within a couple of hours

Been using JLA for some time now and have recently had a new hard drive installed so I can continue playing champ manager 01/02... thanks to Adam I’m flying trough the season and in the champions league final with Southampton!👍🏾
