Everything about this resort screams Jamaica in the best way possible. From the authentic local cuisine to the friendly staff who treated us like family, every moment was magical. The coral reef snorkeling trip was a highlight - saw sea turtles and tropical fish. The only downside was limited vegetarian options at dinner.

Decent resort with standard amenities. The beach was crowded and beach service was slow. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Would probably try a different property next time.

Absolutely stunning resort with crystal clear waters and pristine beaches. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. The jerk chicken at the beachside grill was incredible, and the sunset views from our oceanfront room were breathtaking. Only minor complaint is that the wifi was spotty in some areas of the resort.

The romance package included champagne, rose petals, and a couples massage that was absolutely divine. Watching the sunrise from our balcony with Blue Mountain coffee was perfection. The resort arranged a private beach dinner that we'll never forget.

Gorgeous property with lush gardens and amazing ocean views. The spa treatments were relaxing and professional. That said, for the price point, I expected better room amenities - the AC was loud and the bathroom fixtures seemed dated. Food quality was inconsistent throughout our stay.

Kids loved the water slides and the kids club activities kept them busy all day. Adults could actually relax! The beach volleyball and evening shows were entertaining for the whole family.

This was our third time visiting Jamaica and this resort definitely stands out. The all-inclusive package is comprehensive and the rum punch was flowing all day. Staff remembered our names by day two which made us feel special. Beach chairs were always available which is rare at busy resorts.

While the beach was nice, the resort felt understaffed and overwhelmed. Long wait times at restaurants, dirty pool areas, and our room wasn't cleaned properly on two occasions. The live music was great but couldn't make up for the service issues.

Prime beachfront location with easy access to local attractions. The resort shuttle to Dunn's River Falls was convenient and well-organized. Food at the specialty restaurants was excellent, particularly the seafood place. Main buffet needs more variety and fresher options though. Staff was genuinely warm and helpful.

Perfect for unwinding from city life. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was my favorite spot. Cocktails were strong and delicious. Could use more comfortable lounge chairs around the pool area.

The location is unbeatable and the entertainment team really knows how to keep guests engaged. Loved the reggae nights and the snorkeling excursions. However, our room wasn't ready at check-in and we had to wait 3 hours. The buffet food was hit or miss - some dishes were amazing while others seemed to have been sitting out too long.
