Definitely a five star service.
Following on from a very good previous repair I enquired about servicing and upgrading our desktop PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The Microsoft notifications said that the PC was not suitable, but it was. It solutions gave the PC a good service, increased the capacity of the 'C' drive and replaced a non functioning CD drive. All completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
I would, without hesitation, recommend IT Repair Solutions.

I had a very good experience with IT Repair Solutions. He is very knowledgeable, especially about Apple products, a good communicator, and gave me good advice. I actually, in the end, did not need to have any repairs done, but I have every confidence that if they were necessary, they would be done quickly and effectively. Also, it was convenient not to have to go into Horsham town, but to his workshop close by to where I was staying. Highly Recommended.
I would love to join the others in giving a great review but unfortunately this isn't my experience. Our laptop screen was knocked off the side and although the laptop still worked, the screen broke away from the base. We were told it could be repaired or have a new screen, the screen option obviously being more expensive. I asked if the fix would be good or is it better to get a new screen and was told that the fix could sort it no problem. A few days later we took it back as the screen was too loose and wouldn't stay up. We were told by the same person, that it's just a fix not a new screen which was totally different to what he had said as he had told us that a fix would be as good. He said he would see what he could do and we returned to collect it and it seemed ok. A week later, it was exactly back to the way it was when we took it in as all the glue used had just come out. Total waste of money and I'm really disappointed that I wasn't just told it would be better to replace the screen from the get go as we would have done that.
Outstanding servive. Dropped my laptop off on Good Friday, parts delivered and fitted for pick up the next day. Feri is warm, accommodating and honest. Highly recommended.

Power socket repair on a vehicle diagbostic tablet
These guys are great, where no one other supposed computer/mobile/tablet repair shop would even touch my Autel diagnostics tablet they took it in with confidence they could resolve a broken power socket. Within hours they were on the phone confirming a solution that includes modifying a similar socket to fit, and the job was completed. There's only one place I'll go for any computer related repairs now. Highly recommended. Cheers!

I’m so happy to have found IT Repair Solutions, I have a really old iMac which I thought was beyond repair. I can’t believe how quickly it was not only repaired keeping all my old data but it’s now like a brand new iMac! He knew straight away what could be the problem before even looking at it, and gave upfront information on costs and keeping me updated with the process. My parents old pc was running really slow and taking ages to do anything. They considered buying a new pc, but after talking to this company, they said they could sort the issue out quickly and a lot cheaper than buying a new pc. I dropped it off and after a couple of hours I received a message which said what options were available to help. The job was carried out extremely quickly and was ready for collection within 24 hours of dropping off and at a very competitive price. The work carried out was fully explained clearly and if any future upgrades could be done. My parents were over the moon with the speed of repair and how much faster it is. I will recommend this company to family and friends with any pc issues in the future.
Best IT company to have the pleasure to deal with. As a complete novice in the field, I was afraid about taken for a ride with prices over some data migration that I needed doing.
IT Repair Solutions took the time to explain the process and then completed the task on the same day, this only after 30 minutes of me asking the initial question. Within 20 minutes of dropping the hardware round, the task was complete and I paid the man the rate asked, which after looking about in hindsight was cheap too.
Will 100% be returning to IT Repair Solutions for any and all future computer needs.

I needed a security check on my very old, slow computer, thinking I should perhaps replace it. I telephoned, and within the hour, delivered it to be checked and upgraded. It was completed by the following day, and Feri was really sympathetic, and helped me to sort out various problems.
