Professional, friendly, dowm to earth great service

I have been looking for a good on line PC support company for some time and found it tonight with IT solutions. Paid for a one hour remote session which cleaned up my laptop which is now much faster. A couple of phone calls from Nick reassured me of the authenticity of the site and he even gave me a wee discount which is not bad from a Welshman to a Scotsman :-) Then bought the one year support package which looks like great value for money and gives me peace of mind knowing I'm just a click away from the IT support I need whenever I want it. BRILLIANT !!

Totally reliable

I signed up with IT solutions with some trepidation as I had previously been relying on an American-based company to service my computer and had been conned. What a difference my experience has been with IT Solutions ! A U.K. based company providing reliable, friendly, personal and expert service at a realistic price. I can't fault them.

Best company ever

Fantastic company, a gentleman called nick took control of my laptop and fixed the problem in no time, absolute lifesaver, took out a yearly plan, such good value for money and don't have to worry as I get a monthly health check all for such a low price and complete piece of mind, thank you so much, will definitely be recommending.
