I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I can honestly say these are one of the best agents out there. They’re honest, reliable and trustworthy. I’ve been a tenant with them and now a landlord renting my house through them! I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I have dealt with Irwin Jones before and recently and I found them to be an extremely competent estate agents who have handled my case with the upmost professionalism. The staff there were most helpful in dealing with everything I needed in order to get a roof over my head, honestly I couldn't fault them. I must add I read and ignored some older reviews all done on the same date accusing Irwin Jones of being scammers, those reviews in my opinion are absolutely rubbish! Big thanks to Irwin Jones and hope to have dealings with you again in the very near future

Irwin Jones Estate Agents have truly been a lifesaver for us. We were on the hunt for a new home, and they managed to secure a property for us in just a week. The previous tenant had left the place in disarray, but the team went above and beyond to ensure it was cleaned up within hours. Their caring approach makes them highly recommendable.

Irwin Jones Estate Agents is a scam!!!! They do not return deposits and are absolutely operating a scam. A friend of mine has yet to receive his deposit, despite being assured since August that the cheque was sent. I would advise against renting an apartment through Irwin Jones Estate Agents. Do not rent with them for your own benefit!!!! Terrible and disgusting agent!!!

This agency is nothing but a fraud! Beware of them!. It’s over two months my brother moved out of his apartment now and he is yet to receive his deposit. Also, deposit was never insured.

I have had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Irwin Jones Estate Agents. I moved out of my apartment nearly three months ago and am still waiting for my deposit refund, which they seem intent on withholding despite multiple requests. They initially tried to deduct an excessive amount for cleaning, which I contested and managed to reduce. They then promised my deposit would be returned within 3-5 days. When that timeframe passed without payment, they claimed it would clear by midday the next day. After several more follow-ups, they even stated they had confirmation from the bank that the payment had been made, yet here I am, three months later, with no refund. It’s becoming clear that their intent is to avoid paying my deposit back altogether. This agency is deceptive, unprofessional, and willing to lie about payment statuses to avoid fulfilling their obligations. If you’re considering working with Irwin Jones Estate Agents, I strongly urge you to think twice. Their handling of deposits and their misleading communications are unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and avoid this agency at all costs.THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I'm extremely disappointed with Irwin jones estate agents . My friend has been waiting for over two months to get his rent deposit returned, and despite multiple emails sent, they have ignored all attempts to resolve the issue. Their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with them if you value reliability and accountability. And also if you don’t want to get ‘’SCAMMED’’

Being new to the world of properties and starting with our first venture, we knew we were in safe hands with Dimple and her team from the off. Great communication, speedy responses, clarity on what we needed to do and what Irwin Jones would take care of. Everything went to plan with only 15 mins between our first property and handing over keys to new tenants. Wow! Amazing service and would highly recommend the services of Irwin Jones. I have never spoke to a Estate agent who was as helpful and polite as Dimple and did everything possible to enable us to get a property in Hull. Great advice. Would definitely recommend.

I came accross Irwin Jones Estate Agents when looking for a properties in the Midlands and up North. I found them to be quick, efficient and very helpful. I mainly spoke with Dimple and found her to be extremly pleasant, it was a pleasure speaking to her. I only had to explain once exactly what i was looking for and they clearly understood. The 1st day of viewings i was shown numerous properties all fitting my criteria, it was honestly difficult having to just pick one. The aftercare from Irwin Jones is also fantastic, they dont just deal with buying or selling, I now also use them to manage my properties and have full confidence that they are being well looked after. I highly recommend Irwin Jones to anyone!

Never met an estate agent that is so helpful, honest and trustworthy!! I got recommended Irwin Jones by a friend. After a bad experience from previous estate agents I was quite reluctant but throughout my experience with Irwin Jones I was constantly assured and put at ease. They gave me a lot of confidence, the service was outstanding and they done everything I wanted to perfection! Highly recommended!

Helpful and honest really good service

This is the first time I have used Irwin Jones based on recommendations and I've got to say they are by far the best. Customer service is amazing and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend Irwin Jones for anyone looking for an estate agent! I have already recommended them to my friends and family and have a family member who has also started using them!
