Scam Alert!!! At first, they seemed reliable, but over time, it became clear that their only concern was money. I signed up for their admission and visa packages for Canada. After paying over 60,000 BDT for my wife and me, Canada changed its immigration laws. Naturally, I asked for a refund, but they refused, saying they could help us apply to other countries instead. I mentioned I was interested in Finland and didn't need their help, but they insisted I could only apply to their selected universities. This was absurd because Finland's application process allows applicants to choose up to six programs through a single platform, studyinfo They mishandled my wife's application, inputting incorrect educational qualifications, which I had to fix myself. Despite promising assistance for the entrance exam, all they provided were a few PDF samples from the official portal and screenshots of YouTube videos. Unsurprisingly, my wife wasn't accepted into any programs. When I independently applied and received an offer letter, I asked if they could assist with the visa process. During a time when securing a VFS appointment was difficult, I waited three days for their response, only to end up booking it myself after receiving no guidance. When I sought further information, they consistently provided incorrect details. They didn't even know the correct visa fee or the required amount for the bank statement. They claimed I couldn't bring my wife with me on a bachelor's program, despite Finland allowing students to bring their spouses. At this point, I realized that working with them was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. I soon discovered others were facing similar issues. They added me to a WhatsApp group where my wife eventually shared our experiences, including the conversations with their representative, Ms. Johora. In response, they called and threatened us, misbehaved with my wife, warning us to stop discussing our case. Some group members mentioned going to the DB office to file a complaint, as they, too, had been mistreated when asking for refunds. I said I would send someone on my behalf since I wasn't in Dhaka at the time. Now, despite their failure to provide the promised services and their clear violation of their own refund policy, they refuse to refund me. Their excuse? I said I would send someone on my behalf to file a complaint. How ridiculous is that? This is how they treat their customers once they've received payment. I am posting this because Mr. Zeehad (ZEE) refused to talk with me regarding my refund. If you search for them on TrustPilot, you'll see what they did to people in an African country, and now they're doing the same to us. Note: I have all the evidence of what I mentioned above.
