Very responsive and personal service. Telecoms companies aren't always the most trustworthy or reliable. But, so far, they've answered every query in a timely fashion and solved every issue we've encountered. Good work!
Absolute top tier service from the team. We have recently transitioned over to Interger IT after a disaster with another company. From the initial intro call untill current, the team have been fantastic. They took the time to understand our needs and have resolved all the issues and stress we had when it comes to It systems and requirements. It's really benefited us internally, things are now a lot more productive and also better for our clients too. From first meeting with Dan and then all the effort Gareth put in to really understand what we need, we had site visits and regular checks ins to ensure the transition was smooth and working for us. Gareth has really been attentive and we appreciate all the effort. The other team members in the service department have also been great. All round great service and we look forward to upgrading more systems in time.
We have just switched from our old IT support company to Integer at the Dental Practice I manage. I was quite nervous about switching, having been with our previous support company for many years, but the staff were very understanding, explained the whole process to us, and answered any questions we had. The switch over was seamless, we had no down time, and the staff were very accommodating and worked round what was best for us for the 20 minutes they needed for each computer during the site visit. We had one issue where we couldn't access our software on one of the computers (an issue from our previous company). I emailed support, had a call back within 5 minutes. By the time I'd finished explaining the problem, Integer had remoted in, identified the issue and it was resolved moments later. The service we receive is amazing and the staff are always very helpful and really friendly. I would highly recommend Integer.

Efficient friendly and knowlegable staff with current upto date training
We have used Integer for all our IT requirements for the last 25 years and the service from them has always been first class. All the staff always do their utmost to help, and if the problem cannot be sorted there and then, you can be assured that they will do their utmost to get your IT systems back up and running as quickly as possible. We haven't used Integer for our telephone systems at the moment as we are still in contract with our current provider, but as soon as this comes to an end I will be inviting Adrian or one of his team to call in and review our telephones, as I would guess that this side of their business also offers excellent support and assistance to its customers. In view of my experience with Adrian, Gareth and all his other members of staff, I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a great company to look after your company's IT.
We have been dealing with Integer IT for over 20 years now have our telecoms with them as well. Always there at the end of the phone when you need help! Great service keep up the good work Guys..

Scott and Corey, along with everyone else at their headquarters, are always on hand should the odd problem arise.
