It was very overwhelming, a lot of material and felt it repeated a bit. Have to say Rexina was very supportive and encouraging, I probably wouldn’t have completed it if I didn’t have her.

I loved the self paced studies but have realized online learning is not for me. I missed the contact for face to face support. Not being able to book calls when I needed them.

Although there was alot of work involved in completing this course I enjoyed the challenge of completing it, having the full support of the trainers especially Rexina spicer, I couldn't have finished it with out them.

I am very happy with Inspire Education - they helped me along the way every time I needed anything. It was a pleasure the do the course. The teachers are the best!

The course was good and proper support was provided by the trainers .The content and material was good. Enough time was provided due to covid 19 situation.Extension are a great help at such time ,helped me to complete my course .

I was on the ‘old version’ which was very hard to complete at self paced. A lot of the material did not make sense and it left me confused and needing to access help from the trainers in the hub which took days to reply. Some of the content and questioning was not worded well and so it was hard to give a definitive answer. I ended up then signing up to the week intensive face to face workshops and they were great. Probably the only way I was able to actually finish the course. So more work needs to be put in to make the self paced option better to promote independent learning as it is advertised.

The entire process from enrollment through to course completion was supported by the expert Inspired team. Course requirements were well laid out and easy to follow, questions were answered promptly and assessment results posted on the easy to navigate Inspired Education Student Hub.

It was very good experience to update my existing Cert 4 in TAE, staff was very polite, professional and really helpful. It seems hard in starting, but once it’s done, it does worth your hard work and brings smile on your face. Awesome Journey My Overall Experience of studying with inspire was Awesome The training and help being provided is pretty good to complete a course. I have done Cert 4 in assessment and training with them and also its upgrade now. Trainers are very helpful and online messaging is good medium to solve queries. Neha Sharma.

I was signed up as an online self-paced learner for the cert 4 in Training and Assessment. I was not called EVER to check on my progress. When I booked a trainer call back all, but one trainer seemed to not understand the course work, instead they appeared to read from a script. When I submitted my assessments it was not uncommon to take 6+weeks for a reply. When I submitted my final paperwork it took three months for them to do the final 'check' which should have only been a phone call to my face-to-face assessor, and it seemed that they forgot all together as it took multiple emails to trainers and administration before I got a non-automated reply or my certificate posted. I would not recommend anyone do a course through this training organization.

Honestly speaking I had a great experience while doing diploma of Early Childhood Education. I got instant feedback and all trainers had solved my queries as soon as possible. There learning resources could be improved for the TAE40116 course so that people who are not attached to an RTO can be better informed on how to complete assessment mapping and how to complete all the instruments requiring mapping. More examples would have been very beneficial due to the amount of information in this course to complete. The trainers were very plesent and friendly and gave good advice when needed. If they had more comprehensive resources I may have given a 5. Mal

My learning experience was interesting.I learned in Wide variety of settings and ways in the environment that I am interested to work.It’s challenge my abilities to study hard and more research in order to achieve my goal. Very grateful to have technology that help a lot in research and also visiting library for more research.Also realise how important of using time in order to do your study.In vocational placements was very confronting, challenge and consistently work.I get to use to it after few days of placements.Get to meet a lot of peoples and very special experience in looking after our elder people.I did enjoyed my work placement.

Right from the very start it was a terrible experience. It is soo hard to communicate to anyone and if you did communicate with someone each time it would be a different person and you would have to explain 100 times over until you got to someone that can actually help! Takes forever to mark assessments.

It was a good experience. The trainer and the student services team are nice and willing to help students. But sometimes it was not convenient if I have questions and want to talk to my trainer. The trainer call were often booked out, especially on the hours that I am more able to pick up the phone call.

All the staff were extremely helpful, the content though was outdated and questions were very ambiguous with several possible answers and quite a few errors in the workbooks.
