Solid service overall
Been a customer for over a year and generally satisfied. The produce is fresh and the prices are fair. Customer service could be more responsive, but no major complaints. Would recommend to friends.

Nice selection of seasonal produce that I wouldn't normally buy. It's pushed me to try new recipes and cooking methods. Delivery is usually on time and packaging is minimal which I appreciate.

The delivery service is super convenient for my busy schedule. However, I wish there was more control over what gets included in my box. Sometimes I end up with vegetables I don't really use.

The produce quality is generally good and I love supporting the cause, but items sometimes arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Had crushed tomatoes and bruised peaches last delivery. Hope they can improve this aspect.
Feels good knowing I'm helping reduce food waste while getting quality produce. The educational content about food waste is interesting too. Sometimes the portions are smaller than expected but still worth it.
This service has transformed how I meal plan. Getting a surprise box of seasonal produce forces me to be more creative in the kitchen. Most items last well beyond the expected timeframe too.
This service has been amazing for our family. We're eating more vegetables, trying new foods, and spending less on groceries. The kids even enjoy the 'mystery box' aspect of not knowing what we'll get each week.
Love the mission of reducing food waste while getting quality produce delivered. The fruits and vegetables are usually in great condition despite being 'imperfect.' Pricing is reasonable and the variety keeps things interesting. Only downside is sometimes the delivery window can be unpredictable.
Was skeptical about 'imperfect' produce but these fruits and veggies are often better than what I find at the store. The ugly carrots taste amazing and the wonky apples are perfect for baking. Great value for money.
The produce itself is usually great quality despite the 'imperfect' label. My main issue is with delivery reliability - sometimes it comes early, sometimes late, making it hard to plan meals around.
Been using this service for about 6 months now. The produce quality consistently exceeds my expectations and I'm saving money compared to my local grocery store.
