Ilia Reviews

Fantastic service! They helped us restructure our operations and the results have been impressive. Very professional team.

I've worked with several business service providers over the years, and Ilia stands out for their thorough approach and attention to detail. They took time to understand our specific needs and tailored their services accordingly. The only minor issue was that the initial consultation took longer than expected, but the end result was worth it. Would definitely use them again.

Ilia provided valuable insights for our business strategy. Their recommendations were practical and well-researched. The presentation could have been more polished, but the content was excellent. Would recommend to other small business owners.

While the team seems knowledgeable, the service felt rushed and impersonal. We had to repeatedly ask for updates on our project status, and some deliverables were incomplete. Expected more for the price point.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team was proactive in addressing our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Pricing is competitive and the quality of work exceeded our expectations.

Great experience working with Ilia. They handled our project smoothly and delivered exactly what was promised.

Ilia completed the work as requested and met all deadlines. The team is competent and professional, though I felt the approach was somewhat generic rather than customized to our unique situation. Still a reliable choice if you need dependable business services.

Some aspects of the service were excellent, particularly the initial analysis and recommendations. However, the follow-up support was lacking and we felt somewhat abandoned after the main deliverables were completed. Would be hesitant to use again without assurance of better ongoing support.

The technical knowledge and industry experience really shows in their work. They identified issues we hadn't even considered and provided solutions that have saved us money long-term. Communication was clear throughout the process and they were always available when we had questions.

The quality of work is solid and they deliver on time, but communication could be better. Sometimes it takes a few follow-ups to get responses to urgent questions. That said, their expertise is evident and they've helped us avoid several costly mistakes.

The work quality is good and pricing is fair, but getting timely responses can be challenging. It sometimes feels like they're juggling too many clients at once.

Ilia has been handling our company's accounting needs for over two years now and I couldn't be happier with their service. They're always responsive, detail-oriented, and have helped us streamline our financial processes significantly. The team is knowledgeable and explains complex matters in terms we can understand. Highly recommend for any business looking for reliable financial services.
