Wonderful experience with IDP, special thanks to Mr Amar Trivedi (Sr. counsellor for Australia) for his exceptional guidance. From the very beginning, he helped us in shortlisting suitable universities and courses, and ensured that every step was smooth and stress-free. They were extremely prompt in sending out applications, and meticulously went through all the documents, pointing out even the smallest errors. Mr Amar`s attention to detail and professional approach gave us great confidence throughout the journey till now. Thank you Mr Amar and team IDP for the excellent support!

I am writing this email to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience I recently had with one of your staff members, Ms. Swapna, during a counselling session for Australia at your Hyderabad office.
To my shock, Ms. Swapna displayed rude, dismissive, and highly disrespectful behavior throughout the interaction. Her tone was unprofessional, her responses were arrogant, and at several points, she outright refused to assist or guide me properly. She repeatedly stated things like "I can say no 100 times" and showed no willingness to support or even listen properly.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from an organisation of IDP's global stature, which is trusted by thousands of students for their future aspirations. I felt insulted and belittled, as if I was being treated like someone off the street rather than a genuine student seeking guidance.
It is extremely disheartening to see such an important counselling service being handled with such negligence and a lack of empathy. Her fearlessness in misbehaving shows a complete disregard for professional standards, which I believe should not be tolerated.
I am seriously considering escalating this issue further, including sharing my experience on public platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Reviews) and directly contacting IDP Head Office Hyderabad and Pan India Leadership. No student deserves such treatment, and this must be addressed without delay.
I am requesting:
A formal apology from your team.
Strict action against the staff member involved.
Assurance that such behavior will not be repeated with any other student.
Confirmation that this complaint has been acknowledged and will be investigated.
I sincerely hope IDP will uphold its professional values and take swift and appropriate action. I await your urgent response.
