Visited HSBC Newcastle-Under-Lyme today to open a bank account and it was such a smooth process. Julie and Nyaradzo were so welcoming and absolutely wonderful! They guided me through everything and answered all my questions patiently and so kindly. It was an absolute pleasure meeting them today! :)
HSBC do not offer a basic bank account for those with bad credit it is always refused, this is illegal

I'd been struggling to unlock my buisness on line bank account for months, waiting for paper statements to manage my account and stuck in a frustrated big black hole, putting it in 'the too hard basket' and just blundering along but knowing I had to deal with it.
