Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Clear dot, good battery life, and the solar feature works as advertised. Not the cheapest option but worth the investment.

For the price point, it's hard to beat. Solar charging eliminates battery anxiety and the dot is plenty bright. Wish the window was slightly larger but that's a minor complaint.

Works well overall but the button placement takes getting used to. Had some initial issues with the shake awake sensitivity being too high. Once properly adjusted it's been reliable though.

Took some time to get used to the controls and had to send it back once due to a flickering dot issue. Customer service was helpful though and the replacement has been working perfectly. The solar charging is definitely the standout feature.

Compact profile doesn't add much bulk to my EDC setup. Dot is bright enough for daylight use and dims appropriately in low light. Installation was straightforward.
After a few thousand rounds the housing started showing wear marks and the solar panel got scratched up. Still functions but doesn't look as clean as when new. Expected better durability for the price.
The solar charging is cool but I've noticed the dot can be inconsistent in certain lighting conditions. Sometimes it's too dim, other times too bright. The auto-brightness doesn't always get it right.
The fact that I don't have to worry about battery changes is huge for a carry gun optic. Glass is clear and the dot tracks well during rapid fire. Build quality feels premium for the price point.
Feels very solid and well-made. The titanium housing is a nice premium touch. Solar charging works better than expected - even indoor lighting seems to keep it topped off.
Love the solar charging feature - haven't had to change batteries yet after 6 months of regular use. The shake awake function is responsive and the multiple reticle options are useful.
The Holosun SCS has been rock solid on my carry pistol for 8 months now. Solar charging works great and the dot is crisp and clear. Battery life indicator is a nice touch. Only minor complaint is the mounting screws could be a bit higher quality.
Been running this for over a year on my duty pistol with zero failures. The solar panel keeps it charged even with limited sunlight exposure. Controls are intuitive once you learn them. Highly recommend for serious use.
