HMO Services London guided us in order to get an additional HMO license.

HMO Services London guided us, completed all the paperwork on our behalf and we achieved our license without having to do any extra work. They were always very helpful and answered all our questions before, during and after the process. We were very pleased with the service we received and would use them again if required.

Property licencing ..put your trust into HMOservices

I would like to give HMOservices London a big thumbs up for the whole process of attaining a. Landlords Licence,They supply a tier of packages that were clearly communicated.So we knew what was on the Pack so to speak.Along the way things got bumpy through no fault of their own. There were issues to resolve but we all got there after a year.I would like to showcase one person who was exemplary throughout the year of dealing with us.This is Adele Brennan.Her delivery of customer services is second to none.There were some issues and she found ways of navigating through them responsively,Applying for a Landlord licence has been a learning curve especially if there are issues along the way.After all of this i would be happy to recommend and advise another llicenceless landlord to seek out the expertise of HMOservicesLondon.

Made a daunting task so easy!

I approached HMO Services with a small portfolio of properties after receiving new licencing requirements. This really took me by surprise and got me quite concerned. After speaking to HMO Service this soon changed. They explained all the requirements to me and the solution they can provide to cover them. They arranged directly with my tenants in regards to access for surveys and works required. I am relived they are there to keep me compliant.

I'll continue to use HMO Services

I've used Paul and the HMO Services team for all of my HMO licence applications to date (and will continue to do so!). I've found the level of knowledge/expertise to be 1st rate (there's nothing they don't know or can't find out), their service is friendly & professional and their turnaround times are very good. STAY CLEAR of this company during the…

STAY CLEAR of this company during the lockdown Paul Conway ripped me off £250 He just kept pestering me to pass over £250 to get the ball rolling for my HMO as I really wanted to do everything legally buy getting a HMO license. He took my £250 and did nothing at all. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. There are other cheaper places than him and companies that can process your HMO Licience without being ripped off. All he wants is your money !! STAY CLEAR SAVE YOUR MONEY

Highly recommend.

Stay away stole my money during…

Stay away from HMO SERVICES LONDON PAUL CONWAY stole my money during lockdown - kept calling to make the payment I never received any services - I am taking him to court in the matter of time, so he will receive documentation via post - STAY AWAY SHOP ELSEWHERE So unprofessional - I will continue to let people know about this scamming thief !!

They are reliable and professional...

I had initially posted underrated feedback but I can say HMO Services London is reliable and they definitely helped me through my HMO licensing application process. The application is still in progress and whenever required they do pitch in and provide me input. I will be using them soon for another HMO property.
