The HMO management agency in coventry

The HMO management agency in coventry has been very flexible, professional and very helpful in getting me a single room in the Annex, 1 A Gordon Street Coventry. The viewing was great and the landlord helped me with the required procedures. So, I want to thank the agency for their support and help.

Extremely unprofessional and ignorant…

Extremely unprofessional and ignorant letting agency. Rules that apply to HMOs are broken on a regular basis. I have outlined a few below: 1. They do not respond to complaints. Once a contract is signed and a deposit is made you are on your own. 2. Promised cleaners don’t show up. First we were told they couldn’t find a cleaner for months. Then when they did manage to find someone, they show up once a month. And this is for a 9 to 11 person property. 3. They would ask you to contact them instead of the authorities and then leave you on read even in extremely dangerous circumstances. 4. The ONLY time you’d get a response is when the rent is due or if there is a council inspection about to happen. 5. Repairs are nonexistent. 6. Would unapologetically blame other tenants for their blunders. 7. I have had to go to my friends house multiple times because they didn’t do the necessary repairs or didn’t even respond.They will tell you they are coming and would disappear. I don’t usually write reviews, the only reason I’m writing this long detailed review is to save someone from wasting time, energy and money. If you are looking for a peaceful experience, these people are definitely not it. The would exploit the difficulties of finding a new place especially in the current situations and would ask you to leave if you have any problems.
