So I'll be totally honest
So I'll be totally honest. Unfortunately my watch had a small problem not long after receiving it. I thought living in a small country at the bottom of the world all hope would be lost in getting it sorted. Happily, I was proven wrong and a quick email was all it took to be resolved. I would definitely recommend HMN to anybody looking for a quality product with great back up.

I order it for a present
I order it for a present. Actually it came in good conditions. It was not broken. It came in a beautiful box with is internatial card. The colors where good and is still working after months of use. Also is waterproof from what I saw. I recommend them a lot. I recommend to take care of the watch as for me is for elegant or official places but that's my view.

Surprisingly high quality.
Lovely watch with unexpectedly good quality. Given the gimmicky nature of the watch, I anticipated it to be a fragile piece with cheap construction; something more akin to a costume piece that I wouldn't be able to wear daily. Much to my surprise, it is sturdy and well-made with scratch-resistant materials.

Pésima experiencia con HMNWatch, no cumplen con su política de reembolso
Compré un reloj en HMNWatch el 5 de diciembre de 2024, y llegó defectuoso. Siguiendo su propia política de reembolso de 30 días, les contacté el 13 de diciembre para solicitar el reembolso, pero han ignorado mis correos repetidamente o solo ofrecen un reemplazo, algo que NO quiero ni acepto. La razón por la que no quiero un reemplazo es porque la calidad de los relojes es bastante mala y no quiero arriesgarme a recibir otro producto igual de defectuoso. Lo único que pido es que respeten su política de devolución y me devuelvan mi dinero, pero claramente están ignorando a los clientes y esperando que pase el plazo para desentenderse del problema. Su servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo, no ofrecen soluciones reales y se niegan a asumir responsabilidad cuando su producto tiene defectos. Si estás pensando en comprar aquí, no lo hagas. No se hacen responsables si el producto llega en mal estado, no cumplen con sus garantías y solo te darán excusas. Una empresa poco seria y nada confiable. Evita comprar en HMNWatch si no quieres perder tu dinero.

I have had an extremely disappointing…
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with HMN Watch. I placed an order on October 9th, 2023, but never received my package. Despite countless attempts to contact customer support, I have been ignored for months. As of January 2025, I still have not received my refund, and the lack of communication from their side is unacceptable. This level of customer service is completely unprofessional. It should not take over three months to resolve an issue or even acknowledge a refund request. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

watch came damaged and because i didn’t take a video of my in packaging they will not issue a refund even tho it states no where on there website about an unpacking video. also it arrived 2 weeks later than expected. awful company do not buy of them
