I would highly recommend HM Chairs. I ordered an Aeron and it arrived quickly. The chair itself was it great condition. I few marks but very light. It practically looks brand new. Support was quick to respond when I got slightly confused over a dispatch email (the fault was on me, not on HM Chairs). I wouldn’t think twice about ordering something again.
I had a positive experience purchasing through HM Chairs - Adam was helpful and responded quickly when I contacted him with a few questions prior to ordering. He also offered me a discount when I found the same product available for less money elsewhere. The chair arrived very quickly and is in good (used) condition, with its original HM warranty sticker still in place. The only issue I had was with its delivery, but that was down to the DPD driver, rather than HM Chairs.

It was easy to order. The chair came well packaged. I contacted their customer service late in the evening and received a reply first thing in the morning. All in all, the chair was a really good price and my experience has been a good one. Happy to buy from them again.

5 months ago I was looking to buy a professional grade chair for my home office set-up as I was having some back and hip issues using my old, terrible £40 chair. I sent email enquiries about a few different options to HM Chairs and Adam replied to me with a ton of awesome advice about which would be helpful and how some of the features worked. I have watched a lot of chair review videos on YouTube before I spoke with Adam and I have to say that the email conversations with him were way more helpful than what I saw in the videos online. I ended up purchasing a Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair from HM Chairs as this had the most suitable customisations and settings for my needs (even over the Aeron). The item arrived as new, had a 12 month warranty and 5 months in has really helped sort my back and hip issues related to the previous chair. I can work sat on it for 8-10 hours and it doesn't feel like I have been that static at all. A month ago I need to query something and the follow-on service was just as awesome. It was Adam again that I spoke with and he offered help, guidance and support throughout and all was resolved really well. These items are not cheap, even second-hand and the level of personalised service, support, advice and follow-on care was impeccable and was the selling point for buying the chair through HM Chairs. I have previously worked in retail management for 17 years and hugely value customer service. The service from Adam and HM Chairs was perfect and importantly the item is too. My advice is just get in touch with them and ask any questions that you need to. The service will speak for itself. Thanks again guys, I'll always recommend you.
I bought one of HM Chairs a few months ago, an Areon Size C fully loaded specially. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing because I cannot review a chair like this in only a few weeks of use. I used to have an old gaming chair that would cause me physical pain to sit on after a few hours, and since I started working at home, I could not be expected to sit in agony for hours on end on this old gaming chair. Finding a Size C fully loaded Aeron is very hard, Size A and Size B are very available in comparison, and if you are a very tall and big guy like me, the Size C Aeron is absolutely the perfect chair for people who spends more time sitting than standing. HR Chairs packaged this thing really well, it only comes in 2 pieces out of the box, the base and the back rest. Assembly is super simple, just slot in the back rest and screw in the bolts given to you, and you're done. Adjusting the chair is very easy, though I really would recommend watching some videos on what to do and not to do with these chairs when it comes to their functions, just so the experience is smoother and nothing gets damaged internally. I can tell that these chairs are defiantly refurbished to a high standard, the chair I received had no marks on any of the body or arm rests. It looked practically new! Though I would say the seat on my chair is a little saggy more than they usually are, and the hydraulic was possibly replaced as part of the refurbishment process and sometimes is a bit sticky when getting off of the chair so it makes as small thud as the chair rises back up into the normal position, but those are perfectly fine with me and doesn't take away from the quality of the chair. One thing to note is that because these chairs are mesh, they can get dusty really fast, so make sure to have a brush or blower handy every now and then. Herman Millar chairs are expensive, even at second hand prices, but when people say the change in posture and feeling when sitting on one is totally different, it's true, I never believed it myself until I started using this one, and I've had 0 pain sitting on this chair since I started using it, so it was totally worth it!

After reading positive reviews I was excited to order from HM Chairs, and thought everything would go smoothly. I couldn't have been more wrong. My chair was dispatched 14 days after I ordered it. During these 14 days I received multiple emails telling me that the chair would be dispatched right away, and that the company had an unexpected number of orders, and all chairs are prepared individually to ensure quality. All of this turned out to be false. I suspect that they sold me a chair that wasn't in stock and that's why I had to wait so long, because when the chair finally arrived it was in a terrible state. I ordered the chrome aeron "fully loaded". Someone had sprayed most of the chrome components with silver spray paint, God knows why, and they'd apparently not masked anything off because the black plastic parts all have silver overspray on them! The chair smelt like motor oil and the whole thing felt oily to the touch. I spent over an hour cleaning it with soapy water, which I had to change about 5 times as it got filthy. I was also able to rub most of the silver spray paint off the chrome parts, but unfortunately it won't come off the plastic. I told the seller about all of this via email and gave them the opportunity to make it right however they wish, but a week later I've heard nothing. Overall this was one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I've ever had.
Had a defect in my chair. Just sent evidence and they setup a return collection for the chair. Refunded no problem.
Bought a refurb Herman Miller Aeron from these folks in May 2024, I could not even tell that it wasn't brand new! And for a quarter of the price of a new one. Had a few questions about the product beforehand and the team were responsive and informative. Highly recommend, if I ever need another HM in future I'll be sticking with these folks.
Enquired about a repair , could not have been more helpful and communication brilliant . The Guys helped me amend from a visit to them to a visit to me , I knew there would be an additional charge and rightly so . On top of that top guys .
There was an issue which was extremely frustrating at the time. What has impressed me was their desire to put things right. I had never purchased or used their services before. Once my concerns were noted they went above and beyond to solve my issue, offering a solution to me via text on a Sunday evening! Keep this up guys, this will make you stand out in the market. I have a business in the start up phase, when the time comes to purchase chairs, you will be the people I reach out too.
