Patient professional service My parents recently needed to sort a…

My parents recently needed to sort a new will and a deed of variation- Carolyn kindly offered to have the appointment in my parents house. The home visit was very much appreciated and mum and dad where much more comfortable and less anxious in their own home. Carolyn was so patient and took the time to explain everything in plain English at a slow pace so my parents understood their options. We can't thank Carolyn enough and would highly recommend her.

Gareth was absolutely first class. He was courteous and friendly and extremely professional. So helpful in explaining everything we needed which was to rewrite our wills which we made some years ago. Carolyn is so knowledgeable and helpful. Carolyn advised me about my LPA. The online process is so complicated. She took al the details and handled the whole process. Carolyn even came to my house which made the process so relaxed. I strongly recommend Carolyn and Hexagon to make difficult life decisions feel more relaxed.

Superb service and very personable…

Superb service and very personable contact. Would recommend highly. Carolyn is a very knowledgeable solicitor, explaining clearly all questions and factors which could influence will and LPA decisions. Also, the whole process of drafting was outlined expertly, with no hidden costs, a clear set of steps and timeline provided from the onset and no additional fuss.
