Nie wieder

Da bestellt man etwas im Shop und nach paar Tagen wird man mit einem kurzen Satz "Leider haben wir Ihnen Artikel nicht mehr" abgespeist. Bekommen die es nicht mal hin Ihren kleinen Shop zu aktualisieren, das der Artikel nicht mehr vorrätig ist. Ene Frechheit. Und dann wird man noch mit so nen kurzen billigen Satz abgespeist. Man sollte lieber wo anderser einkaufen aber nicht bei Harlem.

Had shoes shipped to Denmark

Bought a pair of shoes, they had the last pair available in my size that I was able to find in any country in europe! Quick to ship, however I think 18 euro's is a bit much to ship from Germany to Denmark. Also I called and wrote an email, they don't really speak english

hier bestelle ich nicht wieder

Im Online-shop war als Lieferzeit "sofort" angegeben, nach Bestellungseingang wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Lieferzeit 8 Tage beträgt. Ich habe die Bestellung aufrechterhalten unter der Bedingung, dass ich nach 8 Tagen SICHER! die Jacke erhalte. Nach 8 Tagen habe ich! telefonisch nachgefragt und da wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Jacke leider nicht lieferbar ist. und ich nun, nach diesen 8 Tagen mein Geld zurück überwiesen bekomme. Sehr ärgerlich! Nun hatte Harlem-Stores 8 Tage lang mein Geld und ich immer noch keine Jacke. Hier bestelle ich nicht wieder!
