Issues with boiler and cisterns not fixed
I have used Gregor several times over the last 12 months as part of the 1 year maintenance provided for my newly-built home. I have been disappointed that engineers do not fix the issues raised. They recently serviced my boiler, leaving it with an ongoing noise which wasn't there prior to the service - their suggestion was then to refer it to the manufacturer. Very disappointed with the level of support and service - would not recommend.
