Tried to ask support about it Would have better luck talking to the flat tire on a neighbor’s truck. If you do ever try to get help from support, just smack yourself upside the head with a skillet, it hurts less and will have the same end result. Asked for a prorated compensation on the subscription until they can figure out direct deposit, I get paid biweekly so 1/2 the month is gone minimum, and was met with a stanch no and more cut and paste responses. Did I mention I got the same cut and paste response from agents and the supervisor on every single correspondence? Rather shave my beard with a rusty cheese grater than deal with the customer support again.
