Seems perfect so far
Arrived quickly, works great out of the box, no bloatware (thank you GPD!). Very easy set up, have installed my usual tech stack or windows equivalents (I mostly use mac, but I've been looking for a reliable ultra portable since the Vaio stopped being made) and I think this will be perfect. Keyboard layout is going to take a little getting used to and I think will be my biggest challenge but it's got a good typing feel to it and is solid.

Relative ease in ordering and waiting…
Relative ease in ordering and waiting for the delivery. Delivery came about a day late, and it's not GPD, but DHL that delivered it to my mailbox (was 90+ degrees Fahrenheit outside) instead of putting it in front of my door as requested. Other than that, the GPD win max 2 arrived and works great! Minor issue with left joystick but then used recalibration software and now it works awesome! Everything runs well. I play Path of Exile on it and it works like a charm.

Great experience, buying Win Max 2 2025 mini laptop in EU
Bought a WIn Max 1 2025 mini laptop from this store recently. Shipping via Fedex/Hermes (UK to Germany) was fast, easy to track and without issues. Initial impression of laptop is great. Feels like a high quality product and the description on the website was very helpful. Will come back in the future.

Ich habe jetzt das dritte Gerät von GPD gekauft und bin immer zufrieden gewesen. Es gab nie Probleme mit den Geräten und hatte immer eine einwandfrei Verarbeitung erlebt. Habe jetzt das Pocket 4 und bin sehr zufrieden, super Leistung in so einem kleinen Gerät und es bleibt trotzdem im Vergleich zu anderen Geräten recht kühl, also keine thermische Drosselung. Bestellungen bei GPD kammen innerhalb von einer Woche bei mir in Deutschland an, von England aus, also nichts zu beklagen. Ich habe nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Games and CEH in one stealth package
It was simple, painless, showed up perfect. I was a little nervous reading some of the other reviews and it's not cheap. In my hands, it's just fantastic. It's light, looks great, and just works. Neg-The win 11 is home, not pro, so hyper v doesn't work. Itd be great if the other joystick imitated the mouse roller. Need to figure out remap the buttons on the bottom, keep accidentally taking screenshots. Lol. Pros-10 inch screen is great, computer boots quick, power management is solid, keyboard has decent action. It's a fantastic size/weight for traveling, luging around.

Overall great devices
I have purchased the GPD Win3 and Win4 2024. They are both amazing devices! They are fast, work great, but do have a few rough spots. Not all software, some more of a product experience. Software: - Hibernate is buggy - Occasionally blue screens; almost always a guarantee to happen at some point after resuming from hibernate. Hardware: - GPD Win3 capacitive keyboard sucks ... Bad.... - GPD Win4 keyboard is great, but the joystick layout sucks. I was hoping for a gpd Win3 with upgraded internals and a physical button keyboard. Now for the thing I HATE the most..... The proprietary charger BS. I accidentally left my bag on the plane with all of my chargers (~$300 of chargers...) and I just HAD to purchase two more SPECIAL chargers for the Win3/4 because they are special snowflakes that can't charge with a normal laptop charger....or any charger I have tried for that matter, which is probably around 23 different kinds.... The charger thing makes me want to give 3 stars. But I know that's me being petty because the fact I couldn't use either of them for 2 months while I waited for AliExpress to ship me 2 gpd win chargers... If the charger situation wasn't so bad I'd look past the control placement 4.99 star it. I have pre ordered the micro pc2 for the sole purpose of installing Kali on it and using it as my primary pen test kit computer. I'm hoping it doesn't have the same charger experience..,.

Amazing!
The device was amazing, the keyboard was amazing, the service was amazing. I just didn’t like the ONE MONTH delay, that’s all☺️. The device does last a few hrs in normal use and gets hot like the sun. But it’s perfect for students.

Great service and quality
The purchase process was fast and simple. There was a problem with the order invoice but we resolved it in a matter of minutes. The product is amazing and the quality is superb. The included software is simple to use and if you want to, you can tinker with the controls, processor wattage, fan speed and even automatically switch power profiles when on battery or AC/wall plug. Great stuff
