I was a bit skeptical but I’m so impressed!!

I was a bit skeptical at first - the prices, the quick assistance - i thought maybe they weren’t legit! But I was wrong! Phil and his team offer great customer service - they collected payment and dropped off my goods and they were all sealed and of the highest quality. I am so delighted to have found them and highly recommend for quality tech products in zim at great prices and the turn around time is so fast!

Great customer service

I took my grandsons nintendo switch in because the games weren't working. The technician spent almost 30 minutes checking it and found the games needed to be cleaned. He was so kind and refused to take any money. I will definitely be taking any electronics there in the future for repair.

Appreciate the service generally, with several options for delivery, payment, accurate order timing. However, I was not happy with the actual product delivered at the end. May need to improve quality checks for products from your suppliers, but the rest of the experience up to that point was satisfactory.
