My placement was all good. Though, there was a bit of situation at first in our first aged care facility but, the Skiltrak provider namely, Layla and the get my course team were all active and prompt to handle the situation. I was able to do my placement seamlessly and completed the number of hours at the right time. Kudos team for being so active and helpful!
Terrible!! I’ve tried to reach out and they never responded back, would advise to not join them, they’ve been taking money from me from when I started and I stopped with them a while ago but they still are taking money from my account, I reached out but I got no response!!
I try to reach out but I didn’t had any respond from them I try with email I try calling and no answer. I have finished my assignment and no one graded it and I couldn’t keep going with my subjects because my assignment wasn’t graded.
I couldn’t finish my course because of that but I am still paying for that course my money still going out every 2 weeks it’s so frustrating.
I reach out on several occasions through email and chat and got no reply. Also why am I still paying for this my payments should have stopped as I was told it was for 12 months.
I never once had an email or a call from anyone checking in to see how I was going. I have just wasted alot of money on something I had no help to complete. Life got very hard and I was not able to complete this because of health and personal reasons

I'm half way through my certificate that I have paid $6500 to enrol in, and all communications I had with the provider have been completely cut off. Do not give these people your money, it's not a real education supplier. $6500 I'm never getting back.
I am half way through my course with you, but I have been unable to phone on your 1300 800 003 as it says it does not exist, I can't even make contact with my assessor who marks my assignment. E-mails are useless as I keep getting the same response. So now I am wondering if this was all a scam. If someone from the Get Course or the Learning Group can respond please.
Was dragged into it. I was just curious about the course and the price were also reasonable in the fb pages they have but then received a call explaining for an hour or so. They said the course was $1000 plus but when I ended up signing the contract it’s $5000. After a week contact them to withdraw but said cooling period was 5 days or Sth. The cool of period was Too short and the more I get into it the more it feels like a scam. Saleperson very smooth talker…don’t be flattered I would say.
When speaking on the phone to everyone they were so inviting and easy going which made it so helpful to get started.
Everything got done so quicky and efficiently while being asked many questions to ensure i made aware of everything and was happy which made me feel so welcome. i am so appreciative of everyone in the team and i cant wait to get started!
