Paio di scarpe acquistato il 31 luglio, il primo agosto comunicano di aver spedito e che avrei ricevuto le scarpe entro 72 ore. Nessun codice di tracciamento ricevuto. Contattato il servizio clienti per chiedere il codice di tracciamento mi danno risposte vaghe senza darmi nessun codice. Apro richiesta di tracciamento tramite PayPal e mi forniscono un codice dal quale si evince che non hanno mai affidato il pacco al corriere GLS ma solo creato l'etichetta. Tramutata la richiesta in contestazione. Vediamo come andrà a finire. Alla larga da questo Store.

No way to contact them. Scam alert!

There is no way to contact them, or return anything. Their products are low quality, cheap knock offs, and they don't bother to return to emails or calls or attach a return label. It's a scam, don't bother, you will lose your money!

Excellente Service und Produkt Ich habe einen Lackschuhe gekauft extra für mein Hochzeit. Das Produkt war Top aber ein bisschen zu Groß. Hab mit Rückversand zurückgeschickt, und direkt neu bestellt, damit ich sie rechtzeitig für mein großen Tag tragen kann. Vom Anfang bis zum Schluss wurde ich Top begleitet und beraten. Schnell und Kompetent, zuvorkommend. Mehr als Zufrieden!

Behält Geld von Storno ein und ignoriert mich

Habe am 2.5 einen Storno für eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nach Tagen wurde mir dann gesagt wurde storniert. Dann wollte ich wissen wann mein Geld zurück kommt, da bei einem Storno normalerweise das Geld SOFORT zurücküberwiesen wird. 3 Tage wurde ich IGNORIERT! dann habe ich einen Paypal Fall eröffnet. Nun warte ich auf das Geld das angeblich 1-2 Tage braucht, laut email von gestern. Absolute Frechheit!

Peggiore assistenza del mondo

Assistenza inesistente, incompetente e menefreghista. Politica di reso mai vista peggiore di questa. Per problemi loro logistici e di organizzazione interna, mi hanno rifiutato 4 volte il reso e, nonostante le loro promesse di rimborso, non ho ricevuto nemmeno una lira. Nonostante i miei continui reclami durati 6 mesi, si sono tutti dileguati nel nulla.

Schnelle Lieferung

Ich hatte einen Barbour Mantel in 2 Größen zur Auswahl bestellt. Die Ware wurde erfreulich schnell geliefert und war tadellos. Die Retoure musste auf eigene Kosten erfolgen, was mich aber nicht stört. Der Versand erfolgte innerhalb Deutschlands. Der Kontakt mit dem Service erfolgte per Mail und ich bekam immer sehr schnelle Antworten auf meine Fragen. Würde dort wieder bestellen

Non professionali e 0 attenzione al cliente. Pesaimi

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe a ottobre di cui ho fatto il reso perché di taglia sbagliata. Oggi, 20 febbraio non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso e dopo le innumerevoli telefonate e messaggi inviati a chiunque nessuno ha saputo dirmi che fine ha fatto il mio pacco e non ho più visto i miei soldi. Assolutamente disorganizzati e 0 professionalità. Non comprerò mai più nulla.

Esperienza negativa è dire poco !

Dopo aver ordinato un rasoio e dopo aver aspettato un mese mi dicono che ci sono stati problemi nella spedizione o non so cosa. Mi dicono di attendere un rimborso che ancora non si vede. L ordine è del 8 /01 /2025. FATE VOI.

Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Meine Handschuhe wurden leider mit einem Loch geliefert wobei der Kundenservice gemeinsam mit mir nach einer für mich geeigneten Lösung gesucht hat.

Cela fait deja plus de 2 mois que j’ai renvoyé 2 articles qui sont arrivés défectueux. Je suis toujours en attente du remboursement et je n’ai plus de nouvelles du service client. Ne pas acheter sur ce site car deja ils vont vous vendre des articles défectueux et en plus je ne suis meme pas sur de retrouver mon argent alors que j’ai fait toutes les procédures dans les temps Donc a fuire !!!

Recent Experience

Placed an order on 2nd December for Christmas present. It’s still not arrived and it’s Christmas Eve. Takes ages to get a response from customer service. I’ve asked for a refund but they avoided answering the question. Was told I’d receive a detailed explanation within 24 hours. It’s been over that timeframe and still waiting. The tracking does not work for the item. I’m convinced this is a fraudulent company

Habe hier eine Jacke in der Größe 6xl…

Habe hier eine Jacke in der Größe 6xl bestellt, Lieferung hat 3 Wochen gedauert und als die Jacke ankam stand zwar 6xl auf dem Etikett aber es war maximal 2xl. Habe dann angefragt wegen Rückgabe und ich müsste es selber auf meine Kosten zurück nach China schicken. Das sind 40euro. Also bloß nicht hier kaufen
