I think it’s a scam. Haven’t received my order and the phone # doesn’t work. I reported to credit card company. Don’t buy anything.

This site seems to be bogus

This site seems to be bogus. I think it is just to steal credit card info. No confirmation of order other than a text msg with a link to track order that does not work. Tried messaging the company with no response. The phone number is way too long and doesn't work. Few days after placing the order, I get contacted by credit card company for another fraudulent purchase. Coincidence? I think not. Credit card has been closed and issuing new one. BEWARE!

Beware of scam!

I was placing an order using my credit card (no option for paypal). The page did not appear to submit completely -- there was a spinning icon. Immediately, a Paypal screen popped up for an additional $98 charge, for which there was no reason. This feels like a scam! Beware!

I ordered from gardencenterus.com using…

I ordered from gardencenterus.com using paypal. The paypal payment was sent to Jasmine Ong (this is Chinese last name). I wrote multiple emails asking for order # and tracking #. I did not get any respond. Their telephone # is weird - it is too long - Telephone:8562078613022. I put a dispute thru paypal. Please be careful with this website
