I ordered path and patio sealer and I was sent brick sealer. I informed the company of this and they apologised and asked for photos of the wrongly sent item, which I duly did. Haven’t had a reply since which was over 3 weeks ago. Poor customer service

Customer service, above and beyond.
Unfortunately I can't comment on the Bradawl I ordered. It was lost in the post. However I have no hesitation in commenting on the quality of customer service. They were so very helpful and refunded me immediately. The refund also came with apologies for the problem, which, I might add, wasn't of their making. I have no hesitation in recommending 5*, and I certainly have no reservations about placing further orders with them. Thank you for everything.
