Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.

We had some issues with our doors sticking after having them fitted in April. We got an engineer to come out. He came today and was called Jade Downs. He was absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. He done the jobs and showed me everything after. He was very professional and very polite and courteous. He is an asset to your team first improvements!
Just had a phone call from Stacey at First Home Improvements. Firstly, I haven’t given them permission to use my number under GDPR. Secondly, as they have called me uninvited, when you’re told that no improvements are required, at least have the good manners and business sense to apologise for troubling me and say goodbye. Don’t just put the phone down. I certainly know where I won’t be going when I do need home improvements. As a local business owner in property, I shall also make sure none of my clients use them either. Just rude!
