Superb Experience
Superb experience. I work with quite a few suppliers and some are better than others. This company is well up the top of the list. Ordering one day, despatch the same day, and on my doorstep just after midday the next. What more can I say, keep it up people!

Can't Fault Fire and Security Store…
Can't Fault Fire and Security Store themselves, their delivery company on the other hand seem to be unable to ask a neighbour to take the parcel unless you ring them up and tell them too. Their website is useless with no options to leave in safe place or with neighbour. Bit behind the times really. Due to the trouble getting my parcel delivered i won't be using Fire and Security Store again im afraid

I was happy with the part
I was happy with the part, it was sent out promptly but the courier left a card through the door saying sorry you were not in and it meant my wife had to collect it from their depot. Both my daughter and I were in. We have a very loud door bell, one at the front of the house and one at the back and plays for a few seconds. The doorbell was not used, therefore meaning my wife had a 12 mile trip to collect it for me. So frustrating when they tell you they are coming and I am in to receive it.

Our purchase came much later than…
Our purchase came much later than specified, so had to buy from somewhere else to meet our deadline, so will be returning our goods. Rang the customer service at least 12 times, also emailed multiple times & didn’t even have one response. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone to be honest.

I had a problem with my post code
I had a problem with my post code . The company guided me through the problems and were very patient with me . Very helpful. The courier who delivered the package damaged one of the items, but fire and security have said the will replace anything broken. Many thanks.
