Talk about myopic. I submitted two complaints regarding Atlantis Forwarding and received the response, you have an insurance payout. Yes my insurance! They just protect their own, not worth the effort they have no interest in helping the customer.

Impartiality questionable

We are waiting for a resolution. The company we reported pay a membership fee to FHIO, so sadly we do not expect them to be impartial as they advertise.

The company I purchased from have either lied to the fhio or have been misunderstood but the person dealing with my case has not responded to me in over 2 weeks. I emailed the fhio a week ago to ask how I proceed and they are ignoring me too.

Virtually useless

Only able to advise if the abusive company is a registered member of their scheme. Any decision not binding in such situations. In other words, abusive companies must simply ignore them to avoid them.
