Bad experience

Bad experience, bad seller. I bought a pair of Adidas shoes and waited three days for a confirmation email, but I never received anything. I contacted them, and they told me my order was being processed. I told them I didn't have a payment confirmation email, or that my money had arrived. I don't know where it is. I logged into my account and found my order had been canceled and they didn't tell me ...!!!! I don't know if the company owner's are aware of what's going on in their company, or what their employees do with customers and orders...???? I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THEM

Undisclosed “Final sale” purchases!

This company sent me a 25% off code as a “welcome to feature” email. The item they sent was the wrong size. When I attempted to return, the item was “final sale”. There was no indication of this even in the fine print of the email I received. Typical returns are for store credit only. Which is terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They put out a sale and when you buy…..there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. They don’t disclose that item is final sale during purchase but only when you request a return is when they present the return policy when requesting returns. They are not transparent. Would not recommend.

Just Not Good Anymore

Have had three separate bad experiences from this store now. Almost no customer service. Some sale items won’t be listed on the app. Really weird that they offer a sale at the same times everybody else does(I.e. holidays) but they won’t honor any type of return or even exchange for another size. I’m just done with this company. I’ve supported since they were a smaller store in Chinatown but they’ve lost their way. And please do something about training your wack people in store.

stay away from this seller

stay away from this seller. i had such a horrible customer service experience. I ordered a pair of shoes and the usps package was sent back to the original sender for some reason, not their fault. But then, they told me I have two options: resend or store credit. I was busy and was not able to reply for a day or so. They then automatically turned it into store credit, which is what I did not want. The never warned. I wanted the shoes.. Now I cannot even buy the same product because the discount code does not apply anymore. They refused to do anything after repeated request on further resolving this.

I purchased shorts on the app For 50% off and called to see would there be a sale on the website for the top and was lied to so I purchased it full price and not even less than 24hrs the website had a 50%off sale. I reached out to see if they would honor it and they said NO even though they lied to me. Be aware of their shady business and unreasonable return/exchange policies.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. They charged me for some shoes and canceled it. You would think they refund you your money.. it’s been 3 weeks already and still haven’t even received anything nor can I get anyone to help me. Only way you can get your money back is to hopefully dispute it and or be in Scottsdale/La and go in their headquarters. I’m just doubting this is a reputable company to buy from

Ordering from this site is an absolute…

Ordering from this site is an absolute joke. Sneakers never arrived as many others have mentioned. Customer service insisted that they had shipped, even though the tracking info did not reflect this. I had to do a chargeback to get my money back because their CS is so poor. Please don't order from here.

There’s no reason why an order…

There’s no reason why an order shouldn’t be able to be canceled if I had just ordered an item a few hours prior to me anting to cancel my order due to me ordering the wrong item. The company should also offer refunds on items and instead of store credit. This forces people to shop with you all and they have no desire to do so after a bad experience.
