Fansidea did a great job with the jerseys for my company's football-themed party! We had a blast and looked good doing it! Thank you to Kayla for her amazing communication throughout the design and ordering process.

Originally the sizing chart was extremely confusing based on the measurements they provided I chose a size and while it fit, it was extremely small however, I did reach out to the customer service team and they happily sent me a new one. It just took a little bit of time so yes, the site does produce a great product, just double and triple check and maybe ask a customer service rep about sizing. If you have questions she happily sent pictures showing children with different ages in different sizes and that I found to be very helpful.

I recently ordered a custom baseball jersey and was very impressed with both the product and the customer service. The jersey arrived looking fantastic — the design was accurate, the colors were vibrant, the stitching was perfect, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was a bit too small. I reached out to customer service, and Helen responded promptly and professionally. She immediately addressed my concern and sent me a larger size at no additional cost. The replacement fits perfectly and the service I received was truly exceptional. I forgot to mention, that I made a last minute change in my original order, that requests was also taken care of promptly. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products and values its customers satisfaction the way they do. I highly recommend them and will definitely order again in the future.

The shipping was horrible and they don’t do any compensation. I ordered my product over a week ago and still haven’t gotten it and I paid for the extra fast shipping it’s not expected to be here till another 2 week

Madeline from Fansidea mad it very easy to make this happen. From beginning to end. Proofs and email confirmations, reordering and also gave me same pricing for lesser shirts. Been in the business for 18 yrs, i highly recommend them for sublimation shirts. I cant talk about other jobs as i didnt purchase yet. Price was great as well

I was very particular about the colors etc and she understood the assignment:) We we up size as suggested and it worked great. 2x fits me nice and normally wear 1x or Xl. Jerseys came in great for our hockey team and the rep was very communicative and still is whenever we need more jerseys. Our email chain is over 50 emails which shows how communicative they were with questions about the designs/specs, placing the order, and following up at each status the order is in (production, shipped, etc.) would recommend to anyone who needs large quantity of jerseys!

This year, I worked directly with Rose at FansIdea, and I’m so glad I did. She brought my vision to life, made countless changes and additions without hesitation, and even offered a repeat-customer discount. After about four weeks of working through the design, our jerseys arrived and they look AMAZING—or as the players put it, “these jerseys are sick.” Rose helped coordinate two sponsor logos, player names, numbers, and our team name. The quality is top-notch, and the total cost was actually cheaper than last year when I outsourced the add-ons locally. I’m a USA customer ordering from Hong Kong, and the processing and shipping were impressively quick. I ordered a customized baseball jersey for my XU Homecoming. The jersey is made of high quality material that is BBW friendly. The colors are vibrant and the stitching & patches of my logo came out perfectly! The turn around was extremely quick and efficient. I will definitely order more items in the future.

We bought bowling jerseys for our league team. They are excellent! Great fit, vibrant print colors, application stitching and fabric feel are all top notch. We recommended to another league team, and they got a set too.

I made an error in ordering. Nobody contacted me about the error, but simply made it and shipped it. So I was stuck with an expensive jersey. To remedy this, I was offered a 15% discount in future, which I will not be using as I cannot trust this company to actually notice when an error is made.
