Chris & Debbie were both so lovely and welcoming which made the day enjoyable. Debbie taught at a good pace, she is very knowledgeable and gave clear and concise information and instructions. It was very well paced. We were taught basic formulas and functions in Microsoft Excel which has made my work load so much easier, I wish I had taken the course years ago! Highly recommended.
Very helpful Excel Course, even for not native English speakers (like me)
We have had a number of courses delivered by F1 - including excel at all different levels and a Microsoft Forms session. Every one was really well received by all those who attended - the sessions are interesting and above all useful. Would thoroughly recommend and intend to use for future courses.
I have worked closely with Chris (who was great) to coordinate training for the company I work for. I attended the first session myself and Debbie was incredible and so engaging. All of my colleagues gained so much from the training. I couldn't recommend F1 enough!

Having done an Introductory Project course with F1 about 8 years ago, I had no hesitation in booking an Intermediate Project course with them for myself and a few colleagues. The course took place at our offices and almost right from the start included very useful tips & tricks which could be applied to our daily work. The content was well paced and directed and finished by giving us confidence to use the software for any number of different client's requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending F1 and would certainly use them again for other courses if the need arose.
I really enjoyed the excel course and couldn't believe how much content was packed into one day!

We had Alan do our beginners photoshop course and I found the approach and content to be really useful. I had never used photoshop prior to the course and will only use it for making posters. Nevertheless, the skills I learned on the course will be very helpful for this. Thanks Alan!

As both an organiser and delegate of the Excel training courses, I can't recommend Debbie and Chris enough! Nothing was too much to ask, even when we had a lot of last minute employee cancellations, I was able to simply offer the place to another employee within the business, this kind of flexibility is ideal and made my life much easier!
Excellent training run by very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly patient Debbie. I had attended few excel trainings before but never enjoyed it that much. The mixture of demos, exercises, breaks, jokes created wonderful atmosphere that in the end I did not realise the 7 hours has already gone, leaving me with a hunger for more. Overall - I highly recommend the F1 Computer Services. Excellent work!
The course was very informatic and the pace was perfect for learning and understanding. I appreciated there were breaks to divide the day's tasks. Debbie created a calm environment where people could ask questions and ask for things to be repeated. Great use of Teams' share screen function to give us live examples and to get individual assistance when needed. I enjoyed and picked up loads! Thank you
Useful and relevant I found the course very purposeful for my role and I will use most of the tasks learned in my everyday work. Debbie was a good trainer, very patient and nothing was a stupid question. The only thing I struggled with a little was keeping up with doing the process and taking notes that I can use in the future. We have now been provided with a crib sheet whcih is useful.
I attended the Excel Intermediate course with Debbie. I found it to be very informative and useful. The pace that Debbie set was just right, with plenty of time to ask questions and to not feel rushed. I enjoyed the course and look forward to the next one.
I completed my Excel course with Debbie and it was so helpful. She was an excellent teacher with so much patience, every step was super clear and it being interactive meant I was actually taking in what I was learning, rather than just watching and zoning out. I am very satisfied with Excel Intermediate course me and my colleagues have taken. This was something we have wanted to do for a while but due to some restrictions caused by the pandemic, we weren't able to do it earlier. The wait was absolutely worth it! The coach (Debbie) was absolutely fantastic. She delivered a perfect mix of care, professionalism, charisma and time management. Thanks to this mix, we've only had one day of training yet we have learnt so much, even more than I personally expected. The course itself is very interactive, so we didn't just sit and watch the demonstration. We straight away started practicing everything we have been learning on the go. There was a great balance between learning, breaks and a bit of downtime so we could derail for a bit, which sometimes helps to ease your mind. After all, the amount of material we have gathered that day was significant. The tasks themselves were easy to follow and we could save them as notes, in case we needed a reminder and something to practice with. We've also been given a documentation of what has been taught to us, in case if we needed to double check something. Overall, great course, please take it if you can and want to!

I have attended two of the Excel Courses, the beginners and Intermediate and both were excellent. Easy to understand and follow instructions, the trainer was very patient and knowledgeable and the course was split into manageable chunks allowing for an easy to learn environment. We will definitely be returning for more courses.
I attended a Microsoft Excel Intermediate course via Microsoft Teams and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Our trainer (Debbie) was fantastic. Very professional and helpful and delivered the training in a way that made you feel comfortable and at ease. Despite the fact that we were not in a classroom environment, Debbie still managed to make the training feel persona. I would highly recommend using F1 Computer Services for your training needs! I'm booking myself onto the Advances Excel course next and will definitely be using F1
