For a budget-friendly tour, this delivered decent value. The main attractions were covered and transportation was reliable. Food quality varied significantly from excellent to barely acceptable. Our guide in Peru was amazing but the one in Bolivia seemed disinterested. Mixed experience but still glad we went.

The destinations in New Zealand were breathtaking and the activities were well-chosen. However, the pace felt too rushed - we barely had time to soak in each location before moving to the next. Would have preferred fewer stops with more time at each. The accommodations and transportation were top-notch though.

The tour guides were absolutely fantastic - passionate, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Unfortunately, the hotels didn't match the quality of service we received elsewhere. The room in Bangkok had maintenance issues and the breakfast options were limited. For the price point, I expected better accommodations.

The Kenya safari tour was the trip of a lifetime! Saw the Big Five and the Great Migration - absolutely incredible wildlife viewing. Camp accommodations were comfortable and the local guides' knowledge of animal behavior was impressive. Only downside was the long travel days between parks, but that's probably unavoidable given the distances.

Just got back from the 10-day European tour and it exceeded all expectations. The itinerary was perfectly balanced with must-see attractions and free time to explore on our own. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the history come alive at each destination. The hotels were clean and well-located, though the one in Rome was a bit dated. Overall, fantastic value for money and I'd definitely book with them again.

The trip to Costa Rica was enjoyable overall but had some hiccups. Transportation was reliable and the wildlife tours were incredible - saw sloths, toucans, and even a jaguar! However, two of the restaurants they chose were mediocre and the beach hotel was overcrowded. Customer service was responsive when we had concerns though.

While the destinations were beautiful, there were several communication breakdowns that made parts of the trip stressful. Flight changes weren't communicated clearly and we missed a connecting tour because of confusion about pickup times. The local guides tried their best to accommodate but it felt disorganized.
