Ein wirklich toller Shop

Ein wirklich toller Shop. Für jeden was dabei. Ware wird schnell Versendet. Habe auf meine letzte Bestellung nicht mal eine Woche warten müssen (obwohl dabei Ware direkt aus den USA versendet wurde). Noch nie wirklich Probleme gehabt, wenn es mal eine Reklamation gab, wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert und nach einer Lösung gesucht. Sowas nenne ich Kundenfreundlichkeit und Service. Kann diesen Shop jeden ans Herz legen.

Extrem langsame Abwicklung

Extrem langsame Abwicklung! Über eine Woche nach Bestellung noch nicht mal auf Status “versendet”. Wenn man heutzutage schon für alles Versand bezahlt und das nicht schlecht, dann ist das mit Sicherheit nicht der Standard und die Abwicklungsgeschwindigkeit, die man erwartet. Aufgrund des ganzen Ärgers hat man dann schon gar keinen Bock mehr auf das Zeug. Definitiv das letzte Mal, wo hier bestellt wurde! Kann nur abraten!

Zwei Mal falsche Größe

Wir haben im November ein Trikot bestellt, auf Grund von Wartezeiten ist dies erst im März eingegangen. An sich ja kein Problem, aber es war die falsche Größe. Der Rückversand hat etwas gedauert und auf das Geld müssten wir auch länger warten. Nun haben wir wieder bestellt und zur geoßen Überraschung nach drei Wochen Lieferzeit. Wieder falsches Trikot. Jedes Mal wurde anstelle eines 3XL ein Trikot in Große S geliefert. Auf dem Aufkleber des Plastikbeutel stand immer 3XL, aber der Inhalt ist falsch!

Awful Customer Service

Earlier this month I ordered a Clearance pair of Chicago Bears shorts and received a Pittsburgh Steelers jersey! Being honest, I returned the jersey, rather than selling it. I requested that they send me the correct item and refund my return postage costs. They did neither, merely acknowledging receipt of the jersey, with no hint of an apology. After wasting considerable time with their online bots, I was put through to one of their 'service specialists'. After a further struggle, he/she agreed to refund the price I paid, plus the postage costs I had incurred. If I wanted the shorts, I would have to start again and place a new order. Still no hint of an apology, or gratitude for returning a much more expensive jersey. UPDATE - Don't be misled by the apparent offer to be of assistance. I supplied the requested information, but have heard nothing further. FURTHER UPDATE (4 June) - After posting my previous update, they emailed to apologise for not responding when I supplied the information they requested. This time they finally arranged to send me the shorts I originally ordered and not charge me for them (cost £11.20). A good company would have done that immediately, to correct their mistake and preserve goodwill. I would then have had a small 'thank you' for returning the much more expensive item that they had sent in error. Instead I have now had to return an item, submit a negative review, amend it twice, and contact them both online and by email on two occasions, to even get that far... so I am no longer content to be fobbed off with a cheap pair of shorts! I have been offered a 50% off coupon for a future order, but that comes with so many exclusions and conditions that I've rejected it. My suggestion was that they send me a New York Jets scarf (value £15), which would partially recompense me for all the trouble their errors have caused. More than fair I would have thought, but they have refused to do this. They may yet do the right thing, and I'll amend this review if they do, but I doubt I'll hear anything further. Their customer service is very poor, so I would urge caution before buying anything from them. If they make a mistake (and they make plenty), getting them to sort it out could prove very difficult! (ADDENDUM) Their latest reply confirms everything I've put above. I'm wondering how they can replace shorts that they never sent in the first place? They sent a far more expensive jersey, which was returned to them...

Rückerstattung bleibt aus – keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice

Ich habe am 17.04.2025 einen falsch gelieferten Artikel wie angewiesen an NFL Europe zurückgesendet. Laut Rückgaberichtlinie sollte die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 14 Werktagen erfolgen – bis heute ist nichts passiert. Ich habe den Kundenservice am 6. Mai kontaktiert, bisher ohne jegliche Rückmeldung. 5 Tage später habe ich nochmals freundlich erinnert und eine Frist von 5 Werktagen gesetzt – aber selbst darauf wurde nicht reagiert. Das Verhalten ist aus Kundensicht völlig inakzeptabel. Sollte sich in den nächsten Tagen nichts ändern, werde ich mich an die Verbraucherzentrale wenden und rechtliche Schritte prüfen. Ich kann aktuell niemandem empfehlen, dort zu bestellen.

He hecho una compra desde el día 18 de abril y a el día de hoy 6 de mayo no puedo ver el seguimiento de la misma ya tengo más de tres semanas esperando a que llegue a mi ciudad y me he puesto en contacto con la paquetería que supuestamente trae mi paquete y solo me aparece que sigue varado desde hace varios días en nuevo Laredo Tamaulipas la empresa de paquetería me comenta que solo hicieron la guía pero no han recolectado mi envío ya es demasiado tiempo

Low quality products compared to NFL…

Low quality products compared to NFL US. I bought 1 jersey in December 2024. After less than 5 washing, the name is starting to fade off and the seams are damaged. I was careful with the washing instructions + no dryer. I'm disappointed 😞 Update: As a compensation for the low quality product, they decided to offer 30% discount. This isn't what I expect from NFL official store.

Careful about sizing

Bought an 'XL' size top, worried it would be too large due to US sizing but actually was a UK XL so great. Also bought a toddler's kit (4T) but was much too small. All items seem good quality and delivery was fine.
